Contacted hollywood vets before getting a puppy, again to vaccinate to find out out it wasn’t compatible. No problems they said they would register Lola after vaccination. Spoke to them again they had all my details and puppies. Called to make an appt as puppy has a limp, said I wasn’t registered couldn’t help and unwilling to look into it further despite many calls to the vet previously. Receptionist was dismissive uncaring and unhelpful. Wouldn’t let me register either. Will definitely seek alternative vets as this service is uncaring and unprofessional. Read Less

I have never used this vets before, but my cat was very poorly and I phoned at 8.30 Saturday morning and they said i could bring her in at 9.00. I was so grateful, the vet and the other staff were so nice and kind. My lovely cat had to be put to sleep, which i guessed would happen, but they were so nice about it. Because of covid I wasn't allowed in there but I asked if they would euthanize her in my car so I could be with her, and the lovely vet said yes. It was done so respectfully and calmly, I am very very grateful. Thankyou to you all. Read Less

Obtained an early appointment here when White Cross (previous vets) wouldn't treat our dog's injury as urgent Rang at 0830 (opening time) and gained a 0930 appointment Although we were told we may have to wait as it was an urgent appointment, we were seen within 5 minutes of arrival Consultation was followed with advice and medication Dog is on the mend, hoping for full recovery soon Read Less

If you want personal care for your dog, not just a number or a walk in pound sign. I've always found it here. Having had to put my dog down recently, they were most gentle and caring. X

Contacted hollywood vets before getting a puppy, again to vaccinate to find out out it wasn’t compatible. No problems they said they would register Lola after vaccination. Spoke to them again they had all my details and puppies. I have never used this vets before, but my cat was very poorly and I phoned at 8.30 Saturday morning and they said i could bring her in at 9.00. I was so grateful, the vet and the other staff were so nice and kind. My lovely cat had to be put to sleep, which i guessed would happen, but they were so nice about it.
