I visited this clinic very recently with my pet. I did not get greeted formally, which wasn't a big deal but I am 'reviewing' my overall experience. The vet called me in, I noticed he had no gloves on which made me wonder if he is safe and clean? Also I noticed on the pet check table, there was fur, dandruff and all sorts of dirt. Many owners ignore this, but you should be cautious, who knows what type of illness the previous pet had? I was surprised that the vet seemed to be fine with it as this isn't healthy for both pets and humans. The vet touched the keyboard and my pet, I was disgusted because the world knows keyboards are extremely filthy imagine the vet's! My pet was very ill and scared, and I did well in being sweet and calming it down. It was a bit awkward because the vet hardly spoke and wouldn't take part to keep the pet calm and being sweet so my pet doesn't get traumatised. My pet received injections, still no gloves, placed the injections on the table with all that dirt. I felt a little itchy too when I was in there and I have got no pet allergies. The Total was quite pricey 80-90 which I was a bit sceptical about. Now I am waiting to see if my pet improves.
Some readers may think I am over exaggerating, but if you visited the health clinic, would you lay on a bed with other people's hair and dandruff and dirt? Of course not, then why should we let our pet's? Just because they don't speak we should be respectful and give them the service that we would like someone else to give to us. I am sorry, but I sadly wouldn't come here again, I hope they improve and pet owners be a bit more alert about where they put their pets. Happy Healthy Pets X Read Less
