Normally a superb service, however we took our elderly cat Sasha there on Thursday to have her nails clipped.
I normally hold her whilst this happens and we have little fuss, no problems.
However, on this occasion the assistant insisted on holding her by grappling her and pressing her down on to the table. It was obvious that Sasha was distressed but the assistant just pushed her further down onto the table and then covered her head with a towel resulting in Sasha being more distressed and eventually urinating all over the table, floor ( and I'm glad to say, on the assistant)
Sasha has been bad in the past ( suspected stroke?), for which she seemed to be recovering, however last night she seemed a lot worse again after this dreadful experience.
As I said, we normally have a good experience, however I will need a long hard think before we go back. Read Less
