We've only been there three times, once to get our cat neutered and two other times to get some anti-flea medication, but so far we're happy with the service. Our cat recovered quickly after being neutered, no problems whatsoever. On another occasion we've struggled a lot with our cat having fleas, we've tried a lot of ways prior to going to the vet and none of them worked. Very disappointed with these vets We had our 3 cats here for a few years when our British blue got cancer on his head. They operated and he looked like he had been butchered. We was told it was all gone but may come back and six months later it was back with a vengeance we moved him to vets 4 pets in Sutton coldfield who were very caring and treated him like their own nothing was too much trouble and they spent time with us when we had to say goodbye not rushing us at all. Sadly 2 months later out other cat had a heart attack and was paralysed on his back legs and was in agony. we rushed him to value vets as he was still under them and because it was a Saturday at 12.30 and they were closing the vet was very abrupt and showed no compassion at all just told us to put him to sleep and asked what we wanted to do with him. Our Hearts were broken after losing the other one so soon before and that vet was out the door and in his car before we even left the vets. We have now moved our other Cat and new cat to vets 4 pets and they amazing. They even take you in the room for a consultation when taking your cat in to be neutered or operated on where as value vets just ask you to drop them off and just go. Vets 4 pets are so professional and caring We can't thank them enough. These people are great, me and my bunny had an appointment and my bunny was very ill just before our birthday, (We have the same birthday, different year obviously.) So I rang them, the vet was very busy, but they managed to get a vet at another branch in time, thanks to these people they saved my bunny's life, he is my assistant pet, we have had 2 great birthdays since then and we are very, very happy with the service. A disgracefull vet, who thinks that the postcode of there clients reflects on the person.even tho I don't live in kingstanding my dog was still registered there at my parents address, made the biggest decision a owner could ever make by having dog put down. I stayed with my dog to the end and wept, I was then asked for money I advised I'm not feeling write will phone end of week. Constant calls regarding payment and pure rudeness of they don't do CREDIT I'm sorry I thought my pet had just died not that I was purchasing a sofa. Read Less
