Lovely place. Quick to get seen and by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got our dog sorted there when she had kennel cough, staff were brilliant and she made a swift recovery for a dog of her age.

When our first cat was diagnosed by these vets with cancer, the process and treatment of us and of her were amazing. Since we have had two more kittens and have been a few times with them. Today, I've took them to be castrated and the new vet was appalling. He didn't know how to handle them, didn't make them feel comfortable at all. He dragged them, grabbed them by the legs when they tried to run from him. I've never seen this bet before and I believe it is the same Spanish guy. Word of advise: DONT BE A VET IF YOU DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE ANIMALS!!! Read Less

This is my vets of choice. Fantastic service and the staff are all friendly; you can see their passion for animal care and animals themselves. The staff treat each animal as if they were their own, which means I trust them and comfortable leaving my dog in their care; which means I worry less and are not as nervous as I would be. The emotions are still there, as they appear every time he isn't by my side but I'm not pacing and chewing off my nails while phoning the vets every two minutes to inquire about him. The staff quickly put you at ease as well. The staff listen to what you tell them about your pet and even remember it on your next visit! They make you feel as if your pet is the only patient that they have. You can ask as many questions and they'll happily answer them. The prices aren't too bad either, they do quite a few deals that are really good value for money. The pricing actually quite fair, for the average person, it is actually manageable, depending on the size of the dog, you could get your animal castrated, chipped and its starter injections from as little as 110 pounds which is a bargain. You don't actually have to re mortgage your house every time you book a vet appointment, haha. You can also go in anytime to get your pet weighed and get dietary advice if you need it. I cannot fault the place. I now will never go to another vets! (Excluding out of hours of course, I'd take my dog if he needed to go there)Read Less

My dog has cancer and the predicted prognosis was a very short one. Thanks to a wonderful Vet, Mike, and the caring staff I have been able to enjoy my time with my dog, and she is now twice over the predictions because of the sound advice and help I've been given. Mike is one of the best Vets I've ever had the good fortune to meet. Sound common sense and a confident air about him has been so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to thoroughly recommend this surgery, and ALL the staff are lovely, caring people. Read Less
