Sadly I lost one of my beloved Guinea pigs at the start of the week. I took him to a different vets' out of hours service that weekend who I felt did very little for him and I was unimpressed to say the least. I messaged Bridgnorth Veterinary Centre on Facebook at 9pm on Sunday to find out if they were open on bank holiday Monday which they weren't but whoever picked up my message very kindly gave me some advice. I phoned them on Tuesday and got an appointment that day but my Guinea pig had deteriorated by this point. A couple of hours later he declined further and I thought he was dying, I phoned Bridgnorth Veterinary Centre to tell them and ask what to do and the vet was at my house within 3-4 minutes due to my physical disability preventing me from gaining access to them. Sadly Bernie had already passed away but they examined him and confirmed that he had indeed gone. I was very upset and the two ladies were so sympathetic and caring towards me and handled Bernie with the utmost respect. Today, in the post, I have received a condolence card!!! I can only express my greatest appreciation for such a wonderful practice. All staff always go the extra mile and nothing is ever too much trouble.Read Less

Sarah, Alexa and the whole team have always treated our dogs like they were their own. Earlier last month, whilst we were on holiday, we had the dreaded call from my mum who was dog sitting to say our eldest and most Beautiful lab Enzo had passed away in his sleep. Sarah and the team went above and beyond to look after our beloved Enzo, our other dog and my mum! Driving out to our house to deliver the most personal of services at such a devastating time. They then picked me up when we returned to a quieter and sadder house. it is hard to explain how they stepped up and looked after us all. They are wonderful. Tuley caring and devoted. I can not praise them enough and I am the most critical person ever!!! thank you guys xxxx Read Less

From Mrs Fitzpatrick with Bluebell: I have been using Bridgnorth Veterinary Centre for over ten years now and the quality of care the team provides for my pets just gets better and better. The recent treatment for my very nervous cat Bluebell, was nothing short of exceptional- despite being very poorly, she wedged herself up the chimney when I tried to catch her! But not a problem for vet Alexa Savage and nurse Vicki Bell who came out to my house to capture the feline 'Houdini'. Bluebell stayed at the surgery for a few days and was pampered with roast chicken, Classic FM radio and her room sprayed with Feliway pheromone spray! A huge thank you to all at BVC for your professionalism, compassion and going the extra mile to make Bluebell better. Read Less
