Expensive and never had an appointment on time. One time i had to wait up until an hour after the appointment time. I dont mind the odd time but not once have we been seen on time. The main vet is quality but not convinced about some of the others.

Ok pet store. Has a vet - Vets4Pets and a grooming parlour. Found it a bit pricey but it is what it is.

Monesh is an amazing vet who clearly has a passion for the animals he treats. Best priced vets in the area by far and the discount for emergency services really helps keep costs down

Really good, very pleased with the treatment for our guinea pigs eye removal. Vet was very good with handling him and was good at explaining the issue and what was needed. Surgery was quick and he was in and out in the same day.
Nice touch with just charging the estimated price even though it came to more.
He's now home and speed eating all his favourite food :)
Will definitely come back if anything else happens with any of our other pets.

We purchased the kitten package from Vets4Pets for £57 including a free "check-up" we raised attention to the vet that our kittens eyes were weeping and ears were dirty, we were told she was "fine", even though her ears weren't checked. We were also told she was too small to be wormed. All we received was her first round of vaccinations and a 'free' bag of food. when we noticed her eye weeping pus 10 days later we took her to Manor Vets in Halesowen, where we were told she had conjunctivitis, an ear infection, ear mites and should be wormed straight away, even though she had been nowhere near any other cats since the first check up. All together costing us £90 for all of the medication plus a check up fee. When a complaint was written to the practice, nothing was offered except for the apologies of the practice manager, not even our money back. The most expensive vaccinations and food I've ever had. The level of service was incredibly poor. Avoid at all costs.
