My partner and I unfortunately lost our 5 month old English Bulldog puppy back in December, the ladies at the waterfront were excellent and tried their hardest to save him but couldn't do any more for him. It cost us nearly £600 in treatment for that one night, which we of course paid, in full. Fast forward to April this year, we have a new puppy who is also coming up to 5 months old. He's been in for his vax and checks etc... then, randomly, I receive a very rude phone call informing me I am in debt of £31.00 and if I don't pay it now a 'debt letter' will be sent to my address. WHAT THE FUCK. First off, it's £31. Second off, how about some for-warning? how about some politeness? how about some fucking understanding of what we've beenthrough? Upon hearing we would be receiving a debt letter, I immediately questioned it & asked why? Charlotte, bluntly told me that's company procedure and reiterated about the debt letter once more. I got angry and told her to stick the £31 up her arse. We are now banned from the Centre. I hope you're happy now Charlotte and Jean you fucking pair of 'Can I speak to the manager' looking old bitches. I hope you ROT. Read Less
