I have been with this vets for nearly 3 years now & even when i moved area I stayed registered with them because of the excellent & caring service they offer. The staff are extremely helpful & pleasant. The reception and consultation rooms are always clean & tidy. The reception was extremely helpful when i called with concerns about my old springertoday. She managed to get me in within the hour & asked loads of questions to help the vet with her consultation. The vet was extremely gentle & thorough with her examination & explained everything she was going to do. Thank you for your excellent service.

My cat suffered an emergency situation and they dropped everything to get him booked in and seen promptly despite being fully booked. The vet and the nurse couldn’t have done anything more to keep me ...
My cat suffered an emergency situation and they dropped everything to get him booked in and seen promptly despite being fully booked. The vet and the nurse couldn’t have done anything more to keep me informed and discuss options. I didn’t feel pressured and was actually offered a side room to make phone calls. They prepared a report for a second vet that could do more involved tests. Unfortunately my cat was too poorly for treatment and had the difficult decision to put to sleep. Cannock vet centre asked to be updated. I thought this was a very caring practice and feel they take great care of their patients. Will be 100% recommending them to everyone. Thank you to all of the staff here for there care and concern. It means such a lot.

We have used the Cannock branch of Hillman vets for the last 12 months with our Labrador Amber. The care and attention received from the whole team is fantastic and our girl has recovered amazingly quick from her recent Spey operation. Can't recommend the team highly enough.

This instantaneous puts the owners mind at ease. You always give the full picture of what is happening with regards to diagnosis and treatment. I would not trust my animals in any other hands. I would always recommend this practise and your sister practises.
