Overpriced compared to other vets, but they are local so we have continued with them. Recently a good friend had a terrible experience where the mixed two dogs diagnoses up, telling him that his dog had a terminal illness when in fact she was fine - information that stayed with him for 20 mins until they realised their mistake. I was in two minds as to whether to then take my dog there for his annual vaccinations. I have just left after checking in at 3.50pm and waiting for half an hour, only to then be told after asking how much longer that they hadn't checked me in. Poor service, and we wont be back. absolutely disgusted by this vets... took our dog who was having complications in labour . Thursday 8th Oct 2020 ...at 7 at night had an appointment ...left us outside for 20 mins ...off which my partner had to grab a nurse that had just come out off the practise ..to tell them ..dog was in labour and contracting and we needed to see some one asap ... they took our dog in ...she ended up having c section .. they wanted money in full £1,200...£1,000 up front before they would go ahead ... my partner asked and what if we can raise that kind off money ....!!!! of which vet replied .... WE Will PUT DOG TO SLEEP AND PUPPYS !!!! we was and are totally gobsmacked by this ...upset and very angry ..to say the least ...cant believe they would do that ...£1,200 is alot off money for anybody and to find it asap ...or dogs going to put to sleep and pups ...!!! I thought the animals welfare comes first ....not the money ... we paided money, they did operation , we had 10 pups ..but lost 7 ... they gives us no explanation for this ... 3 little miracles survived.... they wanted us to pick our dog and puos up as soon as she had come around , so we picked her up at 1 in the morning .... she was out off it , drowsy from operation ... they they wanted her back first thing in the morning ... 8.30 ... for pro op examination ... I cancelled as my dog wasn't wrll enough and still not with it ...we wrnt later in the day .... I'm think my dog should have stayed in over night and be picked up in the morning , she wasn't wrll enough and causing her undue stress bringing her home then back again ..as well as pups . I will never use this vets again ... and do not recommend them to anybody ...totally disgusted by there service ...and unprofessionalism our dog and pups should have come first not the money, totally disgusted... I recently took my 10-week old Parson Russell Terrier puppy for registration and his initial check up. The puppy had been fully inoculated prior to being collected from the breeder and his vaccination card showing this, accompanied him into the vets together with a note on it requesting he did not receive the ‘Lepto 4’ jab as I had reservations about that vaccine. I waited on the car park for the vet to return the puppy to me and was shocked when I saw that it had been further inoculated with more vaccine including the Lepto 4 injection. The vet told me it was for the dog’s benefit but I was concerned that this had been done without my consent and having sought advice from independent professional sources, remain concerned about the harm that such action could have on my puppy in later life. Having been a customer of this practice for the past 20 years I have never experienced anything like this before. I have been advised by a friend and senior veterinary surgeon not to allow the dog to be given another jab for at least the next 3 years, including boosters and until he has received a titre test. Very disappointed and annoyed. Read Less

Exceptional vets practice! I cannot recommend them highly enough, not only for their care and compassion towards the animal being treated but also towards the pet owner. Extremely accomodating even at incredibly short notice and not extortionate with pricing unlike some practices. Absolutely disgusting. They do not care about animals. Before even diagnosis our options were to pay for all these scans and treatments (which we had no problem doing) or have her put down! We asked to see our critically ill dog and was told we couldn’t go out the back to see her and to bring her to us would be extremely painful for her, despite her being on pain relief. We left her in their “care” to which we told she had became aggressive and had to be muzzled, even though she went in with breathing difficulties. When we got her back she was lifeless. We asked for the report when we left and they told us “we don’t have one as we haven’t had time” our dog was critically ill and this is not an out of hours practice so what were we meant to do if she became worse during the night? Please do not send your pets to this practice Read Less

Every member of staff is superb!! Our house rabbit has had problems with his teeth for several months, which ended with him having an abscess which they tried so many ways to treat. Today, we decided that he had had enough and they couldn't have been kinder. They ensured we were shown to a side room away from the busy reception area, where a vet talked us through everything and was extremely considerate, allowing us to take our time to say goodbye. We also have a 16 month dog whom they have spent a lot of time with - He was extremely wary - verging on aggressive with the staff - after several (free!!)"socialisation" visits - he now can't wait to visit the vets - jumping up to greet the staff - even pushing his nose into his muzzle - originally used to protect the staff -now he can't wait to use it and see them. They have made our visits to the vets a positive experience - THANK YOU ALL !! Read Less

Amazing! All staff fantastic, understanding, knowledgeable, sympathetic and honest. Would definitely recommend. Even stayed open when we unfortunately had to say goodnight to our lovely cat. They showed us they had all the time we needed and made sure our cat was comfortable and we understood. Having a cat with conditions meant we had to go in as an emergency a few times and they always made time to take him in. Even within 10 minutes when he was at his worst towards the end. Couldn't hope for more. Thank you to all the staff. Read Less

I have used these vets for 12+ years and I have seen many of the vets but for that last 2.5 years we have used only one vet and that’s Aidin, she is a breath of fresh air when ever we see her and let’s face it it’s rather regularly when you have an Addison’s dog, a skin sensitive dog and a recently diagnosed diabetic cat! (Only one animal in our house has nothing wrong with her!!!... touch wood) We first met Aidin when our Addison’s dog Monty was first poorly back in October 2015. To cut a long story short she immediately diagnosed him and because of Aidin he is here today! With regular check ups and management through the Florinef crisis he is very stable now and that’s all thanks to Aidin. She has taught me to inject him myself to keep his stress levels low which is a bonus as he is an extremely nervous dog. He has had skin problems in recent months and again Aidin has been great! Then in November 2017 we had Taylor, our 12 year old cat, diagnosed with Diabetes, again she has been amazing with him! When ever we book in with Aidin we know we will need a large slot so I let the reception know when I book the appointment and try and go quite well in advance so we can get in with her. She is the best vet in my eyes and she has been nothing but helpful, professional and will always go the extra mile to make the vets a good experience (treats and all). Monty has got to the point now where he even follows and plays ball with Aidin and that’s pretty special for him! I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done and continues to do for us all! I had been looking for a vet locally to me for a while and I had some specific ideas about what I wanted after having a particularly bad experience with my old vets. Broad Lane are everything I have been looking for and have been consistently helpful and supportive over the last few months. One of my pets Boris an elderly ginger tom cat was attacked, we think by a feral cat and he has had the best care possible not only with his injuries but also with help managing his diabetes. Nothing is too much trouble and time is taken to explain everything to me which is a new experience for me. One of my dogs is wary of new people and when I took her in for her first check up she was an angel and behaved so well and calmly that I knew I had made the right choice in moving my pet care to Broad Lane. I cannot single any one member of staff out as they have all been so kind helpful and understanding... Thank you for restoring my faith Read Less

I would like to thank Hannah and Patricia for the tireless care and consideration they have given to Max our greyhound. He damaged his tail and although they tried to save it he unfortunately had to have part of it amputated. We practically lived there as he had to have it dressed every couple of days. They and the nurses cared for him with great consideration which we appreciated as we were very concerned for him and thought at one time he may have to have more amputated. Not happy at all with Broad Lane Vets. My beloved dog disagnosed with cancer and had been receiving treatment here over 10 months, which is long enough for the vet Aidin to get to know my dog as we was there once every two weeks. On Monday I called them at 8.30 in the morning as soon as they opened as my dog was really bad through out the night and requested a call back from our vet Aidin for some advice. By 12 o clock no one had called so I called them to see if she was available to speak and at the time she wasn’t and the receptionist assured me that they would call me back by 6/6.30pm at the latest. All day we had been waiting for this very important phone call to speak to Aidin so by 7.00pm no one had called us back so I called once more to find the vets was closed! Even though on the website it says it shuts at 8.00pm!!! My dog had to go another whole night looking very uncomfortable and progressing very quickly. By Tuesday morning we knew it was time so this time called the vets to say it was time to put our dog down. I requested for Aidin to come out to do the euthanasia as we wanted a comforting voice that our dog knew. The vet did not call me back to apologise for not calling back yesterday even though she had been treating our dog a lot over the past 10 months and always told us she really liked our dog. We was told that she can’t make it to come and do the euthanasia at home so another vet, Nadine who would be out between 1 and 3pm. They could not give a specific time which was bad enough but we accepted that they would call us to let us know when they are on their way so we knew when they would be arriving. As they said between 1 and 3 you expect it to be 1 at the earliest and 3 at the latest. It was 12.20 that they call me to tell me they are on their way!!!! They live 5/10 minutes drive away and could by here by 12.30! Now when your saying your very last goodbyes to your very precious dog is awful enough but then to be told it would be half an hour earlier was even more devastating! When I told the Nadine on the phone that they couldn’t leave now as my partner is at work till half 12 and would be coming to say his last goodbyes too. I found them Nadine was then very rude and huffed and puffed on the phone about how she didn’t have time to wait till 1 they were busy and I begged for them to come at quarter to instead. Having to do this to my dog was heartbreaking enough but for my partner to not have a proper final goodbye as there was not enough time. The whole process was awful as when they arrived to do the euthanasia she did not explain step by step what she was doing we realised after she had gone by reading up about it later on. My dog was in the kitchen floor as she was uncomfortable and unable to move at the time of her passing so we was all around her at the time and in front of the door way which we didn’t mind we wanted her to see our faces before she passed but the vet made it very clear she wanted to leave straight after by standing there awkwardly and trying to pass by as we was in her way but we was crying and obviously very upset about it all her actions were very insensitive for a vet. Will never use Broadland vets again after the terrible service especially during my dogs final days/hours which was very stressful and upsetting this has just been a burden on us and felt Broad Lane vets could have done more to help but all I received at the time was a sense of carelessness! We have been using Broad Lane Vets, since January 2016 and they have been so great with Jessie. Jessie is a rescue and we spoiled her, Jessie ended up putting on some extra weight but with the help of Conner the Veterinary Nurse at the practice who to recommed a dog to Royal Canin that needed to lose weight. And Jessie see Conner every 4/6 her start weight was 44kg and at the last weight loss was 34kg which is fantastic, but Jessie still needs to lose between 5/10kg. I am so greatful for all the support from the Vets, Conner and the rest of the team. Read Less

Took my dog here as she was was being sick and refusing her food. Got called in 20 mins after out appointment time. The vet didn't really seem to know what was wrong with our dog so she recommended an anti sickness injection. Was TOLD to go back the next day for a check up. Wasn't given any information about prices whatsoever until we were handed the bill. 52 for a check up and injection! Had to go back the next day for our follow up app. Thankfully my dog was much better and didn't need any more treatment but I was still charged 27 even though I was never informed their was a charge for a follow up visit. In fact the previous invoice showed:Review again tomorrow please =0.00 Only realised we had to pay when the receptionist rang me at home and told me that unfortunately the vet had charged me but not to worry it was dicounted because it was a follow up. Absolutely no communication or information given at any time. Will be finding a new vet. Read Less

Our dog wasn't well so we took him for check at Broad Lane. We have 4 pets registered with them Vet is experienced and informative. However the reception is not good. While we waited for the bill the reception told us to take the dog back to our car presumably because she only barked a few times. Who would blame a dog barking in the vet?? Not feeling comfortable at all seeing that the receptionist doesn't even like dogs (we saw other reviewers mentioning this too so it might be worth noticing for the owner). We were planning to book appointment to spay another dog but now it seems we will have to find a new vet or at least come at a time when the receptionist isn't there! Read Less

Having recently moved back to Coventry I searched for a vet as good as the 'perfect vet' I had care for my dogs where I lived previously. Several people recommended Broad lane vets so when my little dog became unwell I booked her an appointment. The vet was kind, caring and I was fully informed of all procedures. Sadly, as my dogs condition was terminal the end of life care wasn't anywhere near as good. I found it rushed, communication ceased after payment was made, my experience wasn't as good as others that have left reviews. A shame really as my three remaining dogs have to travel back to where I lived before to be treated. Read Less

Recently my aunty had to say goodbye to my nans little dog titch. We have been visiting for many years. Titch had been very poorly but the vets would not give up hope and tried everything possible to help with her illness. We received the greatest care any animal could wish for . We couldn't of coped without the help, advice and support from all the staff. Unfortunately when it was time to say our goodbyes to Titch as hard as it was as our nan had passed away the staff were very sympathetic and kind. Fantastic team xx Read Less

I refused to pay the bill and was told they felt it was only fair that I paid it . Then got a bill with money on top, so called surgery to explain why I was not happy about paying it as it had made my dog ill !! could not explain as I was talked over the only concern they had was to pay the money outstanding. wont be using again !! My family and I have been using Broad Lane Vets for a number of years and they have been instrumental in providing excellent care for all of our dogs in times of illness. Excellent vets that care about the animals, not getting money out of you, if there is nothing wrong they say that, they don't make things up just to get money. We sadly had to have our big Rottweiler put to sleep aged 11, and they were so incredibly sympathetic and gentle with our big lad, they even came out to car park and medicated him as I didn't want to move him from the car and upset him anymore, they made a heartbreaking job that bit easier because of the empathy and kindness. Would always recommend taking your pet to Broad Lane Vets. We have been registered with them for both of our cats since 1990. The service we have always received has been excellent. We recently took our cat in for dental treatment. The two vets that we saw were extremely helpful and kept in contact with us to let us know what was happening during the day. Overpriced compared to other vets, but they are local so we have continued with them. Recently a good friend had a terrible experience where the mixed two dogs diagnoses up, telling him that his dog had a terminal illness when in fact she was fine - information that stayed with him for 20 mins until they realised their mistake. I was in two minds as to whether to then take my dog there for his annual vaccinations. I have just left after checking in at 3.50pm and waiting for half an hour, only to then be told after asking how much longer that they hadn't checked me in. Poor service, and we wont be back. Thursday 8th Oct 2020 ...at 7 at night had an appointment ...left us outside for 20 mins ...off which my partner had to grab a nurse that had just come out off the practise ..to tell them ..dog was in labour and contracting and we needed to see some one asap ... they took our dog in ...she ended up having c section .. they wanted money in full £1,200...£1,000 up front before they would go ahead ... my partner asked and what if we can raise that kind off money ....!!!! of which vet replied .... WE Will PUT DOG TO SLEEP AND PUPPYS !!!! we was and are totally gobsmacked by this ...upset and very angry ..to say the least ...cant believe they would do that ...£1,200 is alot off money for anybody and to find it asap ...or dogs going to put to sleep and pups ...!!! I thought the animals welfare comes first ....not the money ... we paided money, they did operation , we had 10 pups ..but lost 7 ... they gives us no explanation for this ... 3 little miracles survived.... they wanted us to pick our dog and puos up as soon as she had come around , so we picked her up at 1 in the morning .... she was out off it , drowsy from operation ... they they wanted her back first thing in the morning ... 8.30 ... for pro op examination ... I cancelled as my dog wasn't wrll enough and still not with it ...we wrnt later in the day .... I'm think my dog should have stayed in over night and be picked up in the morning , she wasn't wrll enough and causing her undue stress bringing her home then back again ..as well as pups . I recently took my 10-week old Parson Russell Terrier puppy for registration and his initial check up. The puppy had been fully inoculated prior to being collected from the breeder and his vaccination card showing this, accompanied him into the vets together with a note on it requesting he did not receive the ‘Lepto 4’ jab as I had reservations about that vaccine. I waited on the car park for the vet to return the puppy to me and was shocked when I saw that it had been further inoculated with more vaccine including the Lepto 4 injection. The vet told me it was for the dog’s benefit but I was concerned that this had been done without my consent and having sought advice from independent professional sources, remain concerned about the harm that such action could have on my puppy in later life. Having been a customer of this practice for the past 20 years I have never experienced anything like this before. I have been advised by a friend and senior veterinary surgeon not to allow the dog to be given another jab for at least the next 3 years, including boosters and until he has received a titre test. Absolutely disgusting. They do not care about animals. Before even diagnosis our options were to pay for all these scans and treatments (which we had no problem doing) or have her put down! We asked to see our critically ill dog and was told we couldn’t go out the back to see her and to bring her to us would be extremely painful for her, despite her being on pain relief. We left her in their “care” to which we told she had became aggressive and had to be muzzled, even though she went in with breathing difficulties. When we got her back she was lifeless. We asked for the report when we left and they told us “we don’t have one as we haven’t had time” our dog was critically ill and this is not an out of hours practice so what were we meant to do if she became worse during the night? Every member of staff is superb!! Our house rabbit has had problems with his teeth for several months, which ended with him having an abscess which they tried so many ways to treat. Today, we decided that he had had enough and they couldn't have been kinder. They ensured we were shown to a side room away from the busy reception area, where a vet talked us through everything and was extremely considerate, allowing us to take our time to say goodbye. We also have a 16 month dog whom they have spent a lot of time with - He was extremely wary - verging on aggressive with the staff - after several (free!!)"socialisation" visits - he now can't wait to visit the vets - jumping up to greet the staff - even pushing his nose into his muzzle - originally used to protect the staff -now he can't wait to use it and see them. They have made our visits to the vets a positive experience - THANK YOU ALL !! Read Less

Amazing! All staff fantastic, understanding, knowledgeable, sympathetic and honest. Would definitely recommend. Even stayed open when we unfortunately had to say goodnight to our lovely cat. They showed us they had all the time we needed and made sure our cat was comfortable and we understood. Having a cat with conditions meant we had to go in as an emergency a few times and they always made time to take him in. Even within 10 minutes when he was at his worst towards the end. I have used these vets for 12+ years and I have seen many of the vets but for that last 2.5 years we have used only one vet and that’s Aidin, she is a breath of fresh air when ever we see her and let’s face it it’s rather regularly when you have an Addison’s dog, a skin sensitive dog and a recently diagnosed diabetic cat! (Only one animal in our house has nothing wrong with her!!!... touch wood) We first met Aidin when our Addison’s dog Monty was first poorly back in October 2015. To cut a long story short she immediately diagnosed him and because of Aidin he is here today! With regular check ups and management through the Florinef crisis he is very stable now and that’s all thanks to Aidin. She has taught me to inject him myself to keep his stress levels low which is a bonus as he is an extremely nervous dog. He has had skin problems in recent months and again Aidin has been great! Then in November 2017 we had Taylor, our 12 year old cat, diagnosed with Diabetes, again she has been amazing with him! When ever we book in with Aidin we know we will need a large slot so I let the reception know when I book the appointment and try and go quite well in advance so we can get in with her. She is the best vet in my eyes and she has been nothing but helpful, professional and will always go the extra mile to make the vets a good experience (treats and all). Monty has got to the point now where he even follows and plays ball with Aidin and that’s pretty special for him! I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done and continues to do for us all! I had been looking for a vet locally to me for a while and I had some specific ideas about what I wanted after having a particularly bad experience with my old vets. Broad Lane are everything I have been looking for and have been consistently helpful and supportive over the last few months. One of my pets Boris an elderly ginger tom cat was attacked, we think by a feral cat and he has had the best care possible not only with his injuries but also with help managing his diabetes. Nothing is too much trouble and time is taken to explain everything to me which is a new experience for me. One of my dogs is wary of new people and when I took her in for her first check up she was an angel and behaved so well and calmly that I knew I had made the right choice in moving my pet care to Broad Lane. I cannot single any one member of staff out as they have all been so kind helpful and understanding... Thank you for restoring my faith Read Less

He damaged his tail and although they tried to save it he unfortunately had to have part of it amputated. We practically lived there as he had to have it dressed every couple of days. They and the nurses cared for him with great consideration which we appreciated as we were very concerned for him and thought at one time he may have to have more amputated. Not happy at all with Broad Lane Vets. My beloved dog disagnosed with cancer and had been receiving treatment here over 10 months, which is long enough for the vet Aidin to get to know my dog as we was there once every two weeks. On Monday I called them at 8.30 in the morning as soon as they opened as my dog was really bad through out the night and requested a call back from our vet Aidin for some advice. By 12 o clock no one had called so I called them to see if she was available to speak and at the time she wasn’t and the receptionist assured me that they would call me back by 6/6.30pm at the latest. All day we had been waiting for this very important phone call to speak to Aidin so by 7.00pm no one had called us back so I called once more to find the vets was closed! Even though on the website it says it shuts at 8.00pm!!! My dog had to go another whole night looking very uncomfortable and progressing very quickly. By Tuesday morning we knew it was time so this time called the vets to say it was time to put our dog down. I requested for Aidin to come out to do the euthanasia as we wanted a comforting voice that our dog knew. The vet did not call me back to apologise for not calling back yesterday even though she had been treating our dog a lot over the past 10 months and always told us she really liked our dog. We was told that she can’t make it to come and do the euthanasia at home so another vet, Nadine who would be out between 1 and 3pm. They could not give a specific time which was bad enough but we accepted that they would call us to let us know when they are on their way so we knew when they would be arriving. As they said between 1 and 3 you expect it to be 1 at the earliest and 3 at the latest. It was 12.20 that they call me to tell me they are on their way!!!! They live 5/10 minutes drive away and could by here by 12.30! Now when your saying your very last goodbyes to your very precious dog is awful enough but then to be told it would be half an hour earlier was even more devastating! When I told the Nadine on the phone that they couldn’t leave now as my partner is at work till half 12 and would be coming to say his last goodbyes too. I found them Nadine was then very rude and huffed and puffed on the phone about how she didn’t have time to wait till 1 they were busy and I begged for them to come at quarter to instead. Having to do this to my dog was heartbreaking enough but for my partner to not have a proper final goodbye as there was not enough time. The whole process was awful as when they arrived to do the euthanasia she did not explain step by step what she was doing we realised after she had gone by reading up about it later on. My dog was in the kitchen floor as she was uncomfortable and unable to move at the time of her passing so we was all around her at the time and in front of the door way which we didn’t mind we wanted her to see our faces before she passed but the vet made it very clear she wanted to leave straight after by standing there awkwardly and trying to pass by as we was in her way but we was crying and obviously very upset about it all her actions were very insensitive for a vet. Will never use Broadland vets again after the terrible service especially during my dogs final days/hours which was very stressful and upsetting this has just been a burden on us and felt Broad Lane vets could have done more to help but all I received at the time was a sense of carelessness! We have been using Broad Lane Vets, since January 2016 and they have been so great with Jessie. Jessie is a rescue and we spoiled her, Jessie ended up putting on some extra weight but with the help of Conner the Veterinary Nurse at the practice who to recommed a dog to Royal Canin that needed to lose weight. And Jessie see Conner every 4/6 her start weight was 44kg and at the last weight loss was 34kg which is fantastic, but Jessie still needs to lose between 5/10kg. Took my dog here as she was was being sick and refusing her food. Got called in 20 mins after out appointment time. The vet didn't really seem to know what was wrong with our dog so she recommended an anti sickness injection. Was TOLD to go back the next day for a check up. Wasn't given any information about prices whatsoever until we were handed the bill. 52 for a check up and injection! Had to go back the next day for our follow up app. Thankfully my dog was much better and didn't need any more treatment but I was still charged 27 even though I was never informed their was a charge for a follow up visit. In fact the previous invoice showed:Review again tomorrow please =0.00 Only realised we had to pay when the receptionist rang me at home and told me that unfortunately the vet had charged me but not to worry it was dicounted because it was a follow up. Absolutely no communication or information given at any time. Will be finding a new vet. Read Less

Our dog wasn't well so we took him for check at Broad Lane. We have 4 pets registered with them Vet is experienced and informative. However the reception is not good. While we waited for the bill the reception told us to take the dog back to our car presumably because she only barked a few times. Who would blame a dog barking in the vet?? Not feeling comfortable at all seeing that the receptionist doesn't even like dogs (we saw other reviewers mentioning this too so it might be worth noticing for the owner). We were planning to book appointment to spay another dog but now it seems we will have to find a new vet or at least come at a time when the receptionist isn't there! Read Less

Having recently moved back to Coventry I searched for a vet as good as the 'perfect vet' I had care for my dogs where I lived previously. Several people recommended Broad lane vets so when my little dog became unwell I booked her an appointment. The vet was kind, caring and I was fully informed of all procedures. Sadly, as my dogs condition was terminal the end of life care wasn't anywhere near as good. I found it rushed, communication ceased after payment was made, my experience wasn't as good as others that have left reviews. A shame really as my three remaining dogs have to travel back to where I lived before to be treated. Read Less

Recently my aunty had to say goodbye to my nans little dog titch. We have been visiting for many years. Titch had been very poorly but the vets would not give up hope and tried everything possible to help with her illness. We received the greatest care any animal could wish for . We couldn't of coped without the help, advice and support from all the staff. Awful vets took my dog for his ears, treatment given ,did not work. Took him back again given more treatment charged again !! This time made him ill was advised to bring him in charged again!! was told it was down to a stomach upset , which I know was not the case, it was the medication given . stopped all meds he was fine . I refused to pay the bill and was told they felt it was only fair that I paid it . Then got a bill with money on top, so called surgery to explain why I was not happy about paying it as it had made my dog ill !! could not explain as I was talked over the only concern they had was to pay the money outstanding. wont be using again !! Been going for years gone down hill . My dogs ears are now cleared up with one treatment under a new vets !!!!! All you cared about was the money not the concern for my dog Read Less

Excellent vets that care about the animals, not getting money out of you, if there is nothing wrong they say that, they don't make things up just to get money. We sadly had to have our big Rottweiler put to sleep aged 11, and they were so incredibly sympathetic and gentle with our big lad, they even came out to car park and medicated him as I didn't want to move him from the car and upset him anymore, they made a heartbreaking job that bit easier because of the empathy and kindness. I cannot speak highly enough of these vets, they are excellent. Read Less

Would always recommend taking your pet to Broad Lane Vets. We have been registered with them for both of our cats since 1990. The service we have always received has been excellent. We recently took our cat in for dental treatment. The two vets that we saw were extremely helpful and kept in contact with us to let us know what was happening during the day. The staff on reception are always welcoming and helpful. All the staff are dedicated and first class. Read Less
