Our elderly cat, Ollie, has received excellent care in the 6 months he has been registered at Godiva Vets. This is based on 2 main experiences:
1) monthly visits for Solensia injections and monitoring of osteoarthritis, under the care of Vet Abbey and a team of lovely vet nurses.
2) Dental review and subsequent dental treatment. In terms of facilities, this practice is really well equipped e.g. dental x-ray equipment; in terms of veterinary team care and process, excellent and thorough i.e. a thorough pre-assessment, handed over to us by the vet, and a follow-up telephone call from a vet nurse the next day; in terms of recovery he was happy and relaxed when we collected him and has remained so.

Abbey, the vet, has consistently used a holistic approach,including: accurate diagnosis and effective management; a collaborative, patient-centred approach.
The two vet nurses nurses, Sharon and Beth, have both been shown effective clinical and communication inaction skills, including administering Oliie's sub. cut. Injection and weighing him.
The reception staff have also shown effective customer service and administrative skills, for instance showing courtesy and email quotes quickly.

Not had a huge amount of contact apart from the standard annual vaccinations, however, our cockapoo experienced a sudden illness which resulted in her being extremely poorly and referred, after initial thorough assessment, to Willows Hospital in Solihull for further treatment. I can only praise the level of service I received from Victoria at Godiva Vets - she was professional, empathetic and explained all our options in simple terms; Victoria was absolutely lovely and appeared to genuinely care. Would highly recommend Godiva vets. Very caring and friendly team. Have brought dogs to them for many years now for a variety of treatments, dentals and surgery and they have always done a great job. They have also always found the time to explain treatments and understand the needs of individual pets. Worth every penny to have the peace of mind that the dogs are in good hands when they need to go in for treatment.

Such caring and knowledgable staff. My little dog Poppy has a long-term medical condition and the treatment and support she has received has been second to none. Her vet treats her as gently as is she were his own. I’m always kept in the loop with sensitive and honest communication. A difficult situation is being made as good as it can be by this excellent practice. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This vets is the best vets I have every been to, when my beautiful Doberman was very sick, they treated operated and cared for him like he was a member of there family. When Dudley was too sick to continue to treat him they dignified him in a gentle and caring manner. they also supported me. I now have another dog who I take to this vets, although there are many vets between where I live and the Vet Centre, I TRUST the care, and all of the staff to continue to care in the way they always have.

I had attended this practice various times and had no issues. However they advised me recently that my cat was pregnant only to tell me when I took my cat in thinking she was overdue (as a responsible owner would) that in fact she wasn’t and charged me £30 for the privilege. What made it worse was that when I rang to make a complaint to the manager she disclosed that it wasn’t even documented on my pets records. I have lost total faith in any diagnosis and they clearly have no interest in good customer service as they have refused to refund the charge following there error.

Been visiting The Veterinary Centre for at least 15 years now after being recommended to me by my sister-in-law. Always receive excellent service there from the reception staff, nurses and vets. We always try to see Conar and can usually always get to see him when we take our labrador Dora. He never rushes us and listens to our concerns as our dog is getting older now. Our dog doesn't mind going to the vets at all as it's always a pleasant experience for her because she gets a biscuits from the reception staff (Angela and Emma) and it makes all the difference because she is frightened to be there. Thankyou to everyone

I won't take Riley anywhere else but here. I've only had my puppy a few weeks but this vet is mine and her favourite. Every single member of staff at the clinic has been friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The vet we had dealings with was Roxie who was patient and gentle with Riley, given she's a sensitive Whippet pup. I find them to be affordable and always great with finding a suitable appointment. Their puppy party is definitely worth attending too!

This is not my closest vet to where we live but we were recommended to it by a friend and i am so glad we chose the kind and caring people at TVC to look after our pet Dachshund, Herman.
He sees the same man every year for his boosters and they always make you feel very welcome and gives Herman lots of fuss to make him feel relaxed.
We recently used the on call emergency service over Christmas as from the time we called to see if they were open to when we were seen was 20 minutes. Amazing.

I had attended this practice various times and had no issues. However they advised me recently that my cat was pregnant only to tell me when I took my cat in thinking she was overdue (as a responsible owner would) that in fact she wasn’t and charged me £30 for the privilege. What made it worse was that when I rang to make a complaint to the manager she disclosed that it wasn’t even documented on my pets records. I have lost total faith in any diagnosis and they clearly have no interest in good customer service as they have refused to refund the charge following there error.

Been visiting The Veterinary Centre for at least 15 years now after being recommended to me by my sister-in-law. Always receive excellent service there from the reception staff, nurses and vets. We always try to see Conar and can usually always get to see him when we take our labrador Dora. He never rushes us and listens to our concerns as our dog is getting older now. Our dog doesn't mind going to the vets at all as it's always a pleasant experience for her because she gets a biscuits from the reception staff (Angela and Emma) and it makes all the difference because she is frightened to be there. Have always used in his vet for my dogs. This time the receptionist was so unhelpful as I explained I had poorly backyard chickens. Seemed to be all about how much they could charge me, rather than genuine concern for my chooks. Sorry will not be returning as a local vet in Wyken was much more understanding.

First came across this veterinary practice when my Gsd swallowed a stone by accident... My other vets were useless. They was going to allow me to pay in installments over 4 months if my Gsd needed surgery. Thankfully after xrays she didn't need surgery. But fantastic, pleasant staff and thank you to Conor who always looks after my dogs. God bless u all. :)))))

I won't take Riley anywhere else but here. I've only had my puppy a few weeks but this vet is mine and her favourite. Every single member of staff at the clinic has been friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The vet we had dealings with was Roxie who was patient and gentle with Riley, given she's a sensitive Whippet pup. I find them to be affordable and always great with finding a suitable appointment. Their puppy party is definitely worth attending too!

This is not my closest vet to where we live but we were recommended to it by a friend and i am so glad we chose the kind and caring people at TVC to look after our pet Dachshund, Herman.
He sees the same man every year for his boosters and they always make you feel very welcome and gives Herman lots of fuss to make him feel relaxed.
We recently used the on call emergency service over Christmas as from the time we called to see if they were open to when we were seen was 20 minutes. Amazing.

They really have looked after him well and even though we don't know what is wrong with him, they have done everything they can and always look after him when he has to stay with them
