Amazing care, we arrived 10 minutes after closing, they took us through the staff entrance and the care our beloved Pug Gizmo and ourselves was amazing, they never made us feel uncomfortable even though a few members of staff stayed 2 hours after closing. They didn't charge us after hour fees either!!!!! Thank you so much

Recently my aunty had to say goodbye to my nans little dog titch. We have been visiting for many years. Titch had been very poorly but the vets would not give up hope and tried everything possible to help with her illness. We received the greatest care any animal could wish for . We couldn't of coped without the help, advice and support from all the staff. Unfortunately when it was time to say our goodbyes to Titch as hard as it was as our nan had passed away the staff were very sympathetic and kind. Fantastic team xx

We had to take our little Midge to BLV last week after he was quickly taken from us. We still are absolutely gutted but Sammi looked after us and took him in when we had to collect him. Midge was only 4 and he was the most beautiful little Frenchie, we loved him and he will never be forgotten. My family has come to you for over 25 years and I have always stuck with you in the past even when we moved to Binley. Thank you so much for everything you did, it will never be forgotten. Broad Lane staff have been fantastic supporting us with our new puppy. They put us at ease during our first visit for her injections and we've just been to our first puppy party which allowed us to socialise our puppy and learn more about life as a dog owner! I have not yet had a problem. My dog is reactive and is always accommodated! We wait in the car, vet gets us and we dodge the waiting room go in the back. Like with any vet you do have to pay so I'd just like to say I'm quiet upset by some of the comments below please don't listen to them. They are caring and even though my dog has his problems he has never been discriminated against and have always shown care and empathy towards him and me.

Awful vets took my dog for his ears, treatment given ,did not work. Took him back again given more treatment charged again !! This time made him ill was advised to bring him in charged again!! was told it was down to a stomach upset , which I know was not the case, it was the medication given . stopped all meds he was fine . I refused to pay the bill and was told they felt it was only fair that I paid it . Then got a bill with money on top, so called surgery to explain why I was not happy about paying it as it had made my dog ill !! could not explain as I was talked over the only concern they had was to pay the money outstanding. wont be using again !! Been going for years gone down hill . My dogs ears are now cleared up with one treatment under a new vets !!!!! All you cared about was the money not the concern for my dog

We had to take our little Midge to BLV last week after he was quickly taken from us. We still are absolutely gutted but Sammi looked after us and took him in when we had to collect him.
