I would highly recommend Medivet ...The girls on the desk are always smiling and friendly and Simon has been absolutely amazing with our cats, and very helpful and understanding when it was bad news for one of them . We were put at ease and it is so obvious that the cats health and happiness comes first. I cannot fault Medivet at all and I would not take my kitties anywhere else now :)

I have been with medivet risedale for in excess of 10 years. I cannot rate them high enough for being friendly or caring. Their extremely helpful and they go that extra mile on many occasions. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and sadly I had to say goodbye to her in 2015. To her the vets was her second home and she loved going there. The whole process of saying goodbye was extremely hard but to their credit all the staff were brilliant in what was a very sad day and I know that they care so passionately about all the animals that cross their threshold. I now have another dog who I rescued and was nervous but after a couple of visits she now loves going there too. I consider myself very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after my babies because that's exactly what they are and I am never worried about leaving them there because I know they will always look after them as if they were their own. So Risedale. Kyumi Nicola Steph Sarah Rachael you are all awesome and do a brilliant job. I know you will always keep up the good work. Thankyou.

Three cats, aging from 16 to 3. One has an impressive pedigree, two are girls, two are grey, two are laid-back, two love Dreamies, one needs regular claw-clipping, one is over 6kg, one has Colitis, one has had a Thyroidectomy, one has been spayed... twice (before we owned her). They all have one thing in common; they get amazing care and attention from MediVet-Ark Aid, Poole. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and make one feel that one is the only client that matters. They truly go above and beyond to look after our beloved animals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another pet owner.

My dog Molly had treatment in the Carpenders park branch for a lump on her eye, she had it removed all seemed good regarding payment from the insurance then I was asked for 54.74 extra, why I asked when I was covered and had paid my excess of 80, it seemed they went for a very expensive HISTOLOGY test rather than the 62.98, rather than asking me if this was alright they tried to get it of my insurers, and they said they will not cover it, as it was unnecessary. I then had a nasty letter from Medivet saying this can't continue, and payment had to be made !!!!!!!! , I had never received a letter from then about any money, so I rang the branch at Carpenders Park and asked what was going on, the receptionist took the message and said she will look into it, nothing happened, so a week later went it there and asked what was happening, she took a message and said she will get back to me, again nothing, then Anna was on holiday so another message was left, why should I pay extra money for something that was NOT neccary and no one at this branch knew why it was charged, was unhappy and think I will be taking my 2 dogs elsewhere for treatment as I feel the trust has gone which is a shame as I have been going there for 6 years Not happy at all, I know you have to make money but really

Simon is Coventry's SuperVet! He, Carla, Pablo and all the team (Pippa, Kerrie, Christina, Lily and Laura) are so caring. Simon is extremely down to earth and excellent at explaining the reason behind your animals illness. Not only do I take my own animals to this vet practice, my partner travels with his and I have taken a number of foster animals to be treated here as I trust them implicitly to give them outstanding care. If anyone asks me which vet to use in Coventry, I always recommend Medivet and will continue to do so. When it comes to our beloved pets, we want them to be in safe hands and I truly believe that Medivet will always do all they can for them.

Practice building and environs clean and welcoming, the parking spaces near the door were not filled with the staffs' cars! Paperwork and notes detailed and clear. Organised, polite, clear and reassuring both on the 'phone and in the practice. Kindly and gentle toward an anxious animal. On any scale an informed observer would use to rate an inner city, small animals veterinary practice this one would, on this occasion score very highly. This is the third animal I have brought, overall some six visits over three years in total and this impression has remained consistent.

We have been with Simon''s practice for approx 4years+. We have specialist breed of felines and Simon has taken the time and effort to understand their quirks. As a small breeder he has always treated me with great respect and we have had some dire ups and downs. I trust him to do excellent surgeries when needed and his knowledge is huge. So, yes, they have to charge for these things and we haven't had many holidays. But our beloved cats are here with us. That is all I care about. Thank you Medivet Coventry. You all really care.

Our family have been consumers at Medivet for the past four years with 4 cats registered. Over this time we have spent a lot of money undertaking what has turned out to be unnecessary treatments that were very costly. I will not go into the appalling and traumatising experience we have recently had with this Company with one of our cats, but I would advise anyone out there not to register with them. Money seems to be the main driver for the service delivery. We are not saying that the vets do not care about animals, but they are more concerned, in our experience, with financial gain than with the care for the well-being of pets. They have a tendency to give poor advice and a lack of empathy for pet owners than other vetinary practices. We were given the option of driving our cat to London for an MRI scan that we tried, but could not achieve, then treated will disscontempt. I am happy to report that after finding a new vet our cat has gone from needing an MRI scan costing 1,500 with us driving her to London, to a course of anti-biotics that have cured her inner ear problem.

Vets are really nice, reception staff sometimes not very helpful one sounded like she did not know what she was talking about today. Tried to say my dog had not had any vacinations with them since 2012, I said so doesn't kennel cough vaccine count. She said oh yes when did you have it done. I asked if I could get a reminder for the kennel cough she said I assume so, not very helpful at all. She did sound very young. Only problem is the clinic is not open during the afternoon so either it's morning or evening. Not good if you work nights.

All 4 of my cats had to see the Vet with one thing or another since Christmas and each one was an emergency.
I cannot praise the staff at Upper York Street enough, the service is highly professional but at the same time I know that they care about each pet and owner that comes through their doors.
Their dedication ensures that my cats are cared for and that I dont need to worry. Everything is explained in laymans terms so that I know exactly what is wrong and why certain medication is required.

Unbelievable service- They managed to give me an appointment 45 minutes after my panicked call. 2 minutes on the phone to register with them. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and the vet was professional and informative. Prices were very reasonable.
The most important part- they saved my pet. Can't thank them enough.

Not only do I take my own animals to this vet practice, my partner travels with his and I have taken a number of foster animals to be treated here as I trust them implicitly to give them outstanding care. If anyone asks me which vet to use in Coventry, I always recommend Medivet and will continue to do so. When it comes to our beloved pets, we want them to be in safe hands and I truly believe that Medivet will always do all they can for them.

Practice building and environs clean and welcoming, the parking spaces near the door were not filled with the staffs' cars! Paperwork and notes detailed and clear. Organised, polite, clear and reassuring both on the 'phone and in the practice. Kindly and gentle toward an anxious animal. On any scale an informed observer would use to rate an inner city, small animals veterinary practice this one would, on this occasion score very highly. This is the third animal I have brought, overall some six visits over three years in total and this impression has remained consistent.

We have been with Simon''s practice for approx 4years+. We have specialist breed of felines and Simon has taken the time and effort to understand their quirks. As a small breeder he has always treated me with great respect and we have had some dire ups and downs. I trust him to do excellent surgeries when needed and his knowledge is huge. So, yes, they have to charge for these things and we haven't had many holidays. But our beloved cats are here with us. That is all I care about. Thank you Medivet Coventry. You all really care.

Our family have been consumers at Medivet for the past four years with 4 cats registered. Over this time we have spent a lot of money undertaking what has turned out to be unnecessary treatments that were very costly. I will not go into the appalling and traumatising experience we have recently had with this Company with one of our cats, but I would advise anyone out there not to register with them. Money seems to be the main driver for the service delivery. We are not saying that the vets do not care about animals, but they are more concerned, in our experience, with financial gain than with the care for the well-being of pets. They have a tendency to give poor advice and a lack of empathy for pet owners than other vetinary practices. We were given the option of driving our cat to London for an MRI scan that we tried, but could not achieve, then treated will disscontempt. I am happy to report that after finding a new vet our cat has gone from needing an MRI scan costing 1,500 with us driving her to London, to a course of anti-biotics that have cured her inner ear problem.

Vets are really nice, reception staff sometimes not very helpful one sounded like she did not know what she was talking about today. Tried to say my dog had not had any vacinations with them since 2012, I said so doesn't kennel cough vaccine count. She said oh yes when did you have it done. I asked if I could get a reminder for the kennel cough she said I assume so, not very helpful at all. She did sound very young. Only problem is the clinic is not open during the afternoon so either it's morning or evening. Not good if you work nights.

All 4 of my cats had to see the Vet with one thing or another since Christmas and each one was an emergency.
I cannot praise the staff at Upper York Street enough, the service is highly professional but at the same time I know that they care about each pet and owner that comes through their doors.
Their dedication ensures that my cats are cared for and that I dont need to worry. Everything is explained in laymans terms so that I know exactly what is wrong and why certain medication is required.

Unbelievable service- They managed to give me an appointment 45 minutes after my panicked call. 2 minutes on the phone to register with them. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and the vet was professional and informative. Prices were very reasonable.
The most important part- they saved my pet. Can't thank them enough.
