This vets is the best vets I have every been to, when my beautiful Doberman was very sick, they treated operated and cared for him like he was a member of there family. When Dudley was too sick to continue to treat him they dignified him in a gentle and caring manner. they also supported me. I now have another dog who I take to this vets, although there are many vets between where I live and the Vet Centre, I TRUST the care, and all of the staff to continue to care in the way they always have. I had attended this practice various times and had no issues. However they advised me recently that my cat was pregnant only to tell me when I took my cat in thinking she was overdue (as a responsible owner would) that in fact she wasn’t and charged me £30 for the privilege. What made it worse was that when I rang to make a complaint to the manager she disclosed that it wasn’t even documented on my pets records. I have lost total faith in any diagnosis and they clearly have no interest in good customer service as they have refused to refund the charge following there error. Read Less

Been visiting The Veterinary Centre for at least 15 years now after being recommended to me by my sister-in-law. Always receive excellent service there from the reception staff, nurses and vets. We always try to see Conar and can usually always get to see him when we take our labrador Dora. He never rushes us and listens to our concerns as our dog is getting older now. Our dog doesn't mind going to the vets at all as it's always a pleasant experience for her because she gets a biscuits from the reception staff (Angela and Emma) and it makes all the difference because she is frightened to be there. They charged me 73 for a medication I normally buy elsewhere for under 40! I really don't like the fact a vet's clinic is so much profit-driven. Also, they charge 25 for a single visit. My dog wasn't offered any treats so she wasn't too happy about the experience ;-) Read Less

Professional and friendly vets practitioner with good communication and listening skills providing me with all the accurate information about the diagnosis of my cat . Kind and caring throughout the whole process and been reassured before I left the surgery my fur baby will be well looked after . Have always used in his vet for my dogs. This time the receptionist was so unhelpful as I explained I had poorly backyard chickens. Seemed to be all about how much they could charge me, rather than genuine concern for my chooks. Sorry will not be returning as a local vet in Wyken was much more understanding. Read Less

First came across this veterinary practice when my Gsd swallowed a stone by accident... My other vets were useless. They was going to allow me to pay in installments over 4 months if my Gsd needed surgery. Thankfully after xrays she didn't need surgery. I won't take Riley anywhere else but here. I've only had my puppy a few weeks but this vet is mine and her favourite. Every single member of staff at the clinic has been friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The vet we had dealings with was Roxie who was patient and gentle with Riley, given she's a sensitive Whippet pup. I find them to be affordable and always great with finding a suitable appointment. This is not my closest vet to where we live but we were recommended to it by a friend and i am so glad we chose the kind and caring people at TVC to look after our pet Dachshund, Herman. He sees the same man every year for his boosters and they always make you feel very welcome and gives Herman lots of fuss to make him feel relaxed. We recently used the on call emergency service over Christmas as from the time we called to see if they were open to when we were seen was 20 minutes. Amazing. If you love your pet, take them here. They're brilliant. Always kind, polite and helpful. Have always helped with the big and small queries. Been registered ~5 years and have looked after our dog like their own. I cannot rate the vet centre highly enough. The reception staff are lovely and very attentive. My dog loves going for a visit! The vets always have time to discuss any concerns I may have regardless of how big or small. I really wouldn't dream of taking my little cat or dog anywhere else.Read Less

Ozzy has spent more time at the vet centre than I would like for my pup, but the vets and staff are fantastic. We can't walk past the practice without Ozzy pulling to go inside and see everyone. They really have looked after him well and even though we don't know what is wrong with him, they have done everything they can and always look after him when he has to stay with them Read Less

cant recommend the staff and the veterinary centre enough. my animals receive firts class care & i feel safe leaving them here. on our last visit Harry received lots of fuss & treats & the vet ensured i was full aware of all costs as the drugs were extremely expensive & offered me cheaper options. 200 for an injection was well worth it Read Less
