Always ask for full written quotes, treatment of my cat went up from initial £300 to over £1800 when challenged Mr Shepherd turned agressive. Better vets locally who do not rip you off.

Absolutely brilliant. We had an emergency. Our puppy was screaming, then shaking her head and trembling. We took our puppy to our usual vet, Companion Care, at circa 11.45 to be informed that no vet, or nurse, was available until the evening. We called Shepherds who saw her almost immediately after we arrived. Andrew, the vet, examined her and determined that she needed an anaesthetic to remove a grass seed deep in her ear. He carried out the procedure and we collected her mid afternoon. We have now changed our vet to Shepherds who recognised our puppies need and had staff available for an emergency. Thank you Andrew.
