Unfortunately last year Alfie slipped a disc in his back, and we couldn't of asked for better care, he was took in out of hours and the staff couldn't of been anymore helpful and reassuring, Alfie was treated like a King and loves the staff. I have been coming to Connaught for the care of all my animals for over a decade now and the service has always been fantastic, honest and most importantly in the best interests of every soul I have taken through the doors. This week I had the agonising task of having to bring my 6 month puppy in to have a nasty lump removed from his leg. As an anxious owner scared of putting him under an anaesthetic I wanted to know I could trust those who would be responsible for his care. All of the team looked after me and most importantly my puppy. We were kept in the loop through the whole of the procedure and felt assured at all times knowing that my dog was in the best possible care. That is service you cannot put a price on and neither would I, especially when all I want is the best for my not just my dog but all my animals.Read Less
