WORSE VETS EVER..they told me my dog needed surgey.(£735) then once id told them i knew what it was my dog needed as its a common problem and a simple fix for them.which is (£40) fix and no surgey...i...
WORSE VETS EVER..they told me my dog needed surgey.(£735) then once id told them i knew what it was my dog needed as its a common problem and a simple fix for them.which is (£40) fix and no surgey...i was told well thats the another option but i then need to go to another vets which was for an appointment 2 hours later.The reason it would be out of hours at the point is because i was in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment.a complete scam DO NOT USE THESE VETS.....they are crooks they cleary dont care about our pets its just for the money ..and i was charged £28.50 for this aswell .All i can say is avoid this place

Dreadful practice, I called and asked for a price for health screening Xrays this is a job that can usually be given over the phone but for some reason companion care asked me to attend for a free consultation to discuss prices i was apprehensive being as my dog is a nervous car passenger but i went along with there offer to discuss it with the vet. i got there at there arranged time and said im here to see the vet whos asked me to attend for a free consultation about me dog being health screened, to which i was told its not free you will have to pay for a consultation, a consultation i never wanted i only wanted a price, needless to say i stood there dumfounded, and asked why id been messed about? i was just told sorry, however we did get treated to a big fall out in the waiting area between the vet and a customer quite entertaining but not for my dog who had 2 trips in the car she hates for no reason but to get us there to make a few quid

Unfortunately not a good review
We were kept waiting in great heat for 1hr 45mins. We understood and accepted, of course, that there were a couple of emergencies but that didn't account for the length of time we had to wait. We arrived in good time for our appointment and were told several times we were next yet other people came and went with their pets while we sat there with my dog getting more and more stressed. Although I paid £99 three years ago for lifetime booster jabs we are cutting our losses and moving to a new vet.

My dog was very ill and had to stay there overnight was told someone was going to be there with him over night when infact no-one was there overnight because there not open over night. So I paid for care overnight for no reason. Even though I was told my dog needed this one medication every hour. Was called in one of the mornings they give up on him and was talking about putting him tosleep. I then took him to blacks vets in Dudley who done a great job with him 24 hour vets hospital. Then referred him to Bristol uni we're he had a scan and now on steriods and now come off them his a happy dog again now:-)

We were kept waiting in great heat for 1hr 45mins. We understood and accepted, of course, that there were a couple of emergencies but that didn't account for the length of time we had to wait. We arrived in good time for our appointment and were told several times we were next yet other people came and went with their pets while we sat there with my dog getting more and more stressed.
