Animal House are by far the best vets in the area. I share my life with two dogs and foster rescue dogs. Animal House go that bit further to calm and frightened dogs. They handle the dogs with care and love. They are so up to date with all the latest equipment and surgeries. I trust them 100% with all my dogs . The reception staff are wonderful the whole team are fab. I wouldn't go nowhere else

My dog could be a bit of a handful at time when we got to the vets. But the lady we saw there always managed to carm him down. He never liked going to the vets bless him.

Again I would like to say a BIG BIG thank you to James, Yvette and the rest of the team at The Animal House in Rugby. I can't really put into words as to how I was feeling as Maverick being my first ever dog had to undergo a biopsy 5 days before Christmas for a swelling on his front lower jaw, James went through it all with me and I did start to relax some, but in the weeks before Mav went in were, to say the least, mega stressful I've never known anything like it nor do I want to again. James phoned me two days before Christmas with the results of the biopsy and he gave me the best Christmas present ever when he told me the results were benign phew what a relief that was although Mav did lose two of his teeth which is a small price to pay for the good news. Yvette thank you for your call on the Friday, the same day that James rang, to see how I WAS doing it was much appreciated. James just to let you know that Mav doesn't have a 'whistle' and as you know after his post op appointments he's running on all cylinders. Again THANK YOU ALL. P.S He's still not used to stairs.

Words cannot describe our gratitude and admiration towards you. You have been there since day one always accommodating our bunnies and taking care of them. Thank you for your endless efforts to help them and answer all our questions. Thank you so much for being there for our boy bunny Boo's last hours and fighting for his life. We appreciate you so much and take consolation in knowing our rabbits received the best possible care with you.

Took my dog for K lazer treatment after speaking with the director, and agreeing a direct claim. After treatment had started was informed a direct claim was not an option. Had I have known I would have taken my pet elsewhere. From the 2nd visit I was not treated with friendly approach I would have expected as advertised.

We can not praise Animal House highly enough, Hugh and Giles at Warwick look after our 3 cats and our new puppy Archie with the utmost dedication. Today we rushed Archie our puppy to the Rugby branch after he had eaten something he shouldn't have and the care and professionalism was first class. Everyone at both branches from reception, nurses and vets really do care not just about the animals but the owners too. I wouldn't take our pets anywhere else. Thank you Lisa and Rob Brown

Our Dobermann Xena needed some growths removed from the top and bottom of her eyelid. I was very worried about it, but James did an amazing job and you wouldn't know she'd had anything done. We took our Minxie Cat to Animal House, a poorly puss cat,Then we met the wonderful Sarah Burden, she is so caring about my Minxie, She is doing her utmost to make sure my Minxie has the best possible chance. The wonderful Hugh Duffin had to see her once when Sarah was not there, He is so dedicated to animals I feel like we have the Harley St, equivalent in Vets. I can not say enough good about Animal House, they have looked after 3 of my Cats so far, 2 unfortunately left us, but they were 21 years old. I will always recommend Animal house. A very big thank you to Sarah Burden for the time you are putting in with my Minxie.

I would highly recommend this practice. They provide an excellent quality of service and are very skilled and competent at diagnosis and treatment. They are also open 7 days a week as standard, which means if your pet is taken unwell they can still be seen for much of the weekend without paying emergency fees.

The vacination of my puppy was acceptable. I paid for both vaccinations on the first appointment, but this card transaction must have failed. The matter went unnoticed on both visits to complete the vacinations. I was then sent a letter stating I had breached trust, was to be refered to bailiffs and debt collection agencies and that they would destroy my credit rating if I did not pay. Outrageous! I obviously paid the amount immediately and pointed out that the mistake was on their part, not mine. They did not respond to my email asking for an explanation for their behaviour.

Took my dog for K lazer treatment after speaking with the director, and agreeing a direct claim. After treatment had started was informed a direct claim was not an option. Had I have known I would have taken my pet elsewhere. From the 2nd visit I was not treated with friendly approach I would have expected as advertised.

We can not praise Animal House highly enough, Hugh and Giles at Warwick look after our 3 cats and our new puppy Archie with the utmost dedication. Today we rushed Archie our puppy to the Rugby branch after he had eaten something he shouldn't have and the care and professionalism was first class. Everyone at both branches from reception, nurses and vets really do care not just about the animals but the owners too. I wouldn't take our pets anywhere else. Thank you Lisa and Rob Brown

Our Dobermann Xena needed some growths removed from the top and bottom of her eyelid. I was very worried about it, but James did an amazing job and you wouldn't know she'd had anything done. We've been with the practice for 7 years and have always found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended !

We took our Minxie Cat to Animal House, a poorly puss cat,Then we met the wonderful Sarah Burden, she is so caring about my Minxie, She is doing her utmost to make sure my Minxie has the best possible chance. The wonderful Hugh Duffin had to see her once when Sarah was not there, He is so dedicated to animals I feel like we have the Harley St, equivalent in Vets. I can not say enough good about Animal House, they have looked after 3 of my Cats so far, 2 unfortunately left us, but they were 21 years old. I will always recommend Animal house. A very big thank you to Sarah Burden for the time you are putting in with my Minxie.

I would highly recommend this practice. They provide an excellent quality of service and are very skilled and competent at diagnosis and treatment. They are also open 7 days a week as standard, which means if your pet is taken unwell they can still be seen for much of the weekend without paying emergency fees.

The vacination of my puppy was acceptable. I paid for both vaccinations on the first appointment, but this card transaction must have failed. The matter went unnoticed on both visits to complete the vacinations. I was then sent a letter stating I had breached trust, was to be refered to bailiffs and debt collection agencies and that they would destroy my credit rating if I did not pay. Outrageous! I obviously paid the amount immediately and pointed out that the mistake was on their part, not mine. They did not respond to my email asking for an explanation for their behaviour.

And an added bonus they allowed me to rehome a stray ferret that was in their care! All in all a 10 out of 10 service- keep up the outstanding work :-)
