I had ..in the end...to have my cat put to sleep yesterday. This was my first visit to Vets4pets. The vet Carla was wonderful. Gentle, caring and sensitive and allowed us with her help to come to a difficult decision.

All the staff really care about you and your pets. The reception staff are always friendly (unlike my previous Vets ~ which is why I left! ) and make you feel at ease.
They have been wonderful treating one of our rabbits that had a mild stroke, also they showed excellent care of our spaniel when he had his teeth scaled and polished! (See before and after photos...)
A little expensive ~ but aren't they all?
I would highly recommend this practice!

Having used these vets since my pup was 8 weeks i find the nurses great, however having taken him today with an ear infection the vet was very impatient with him and the charge of £32 for a weeks wort...
Having used these vets since my pup was 8 weeks i find the nurses great, however having taken him today with an ear infection the vet was very impatient with him and the charge of £32 for a weeks worth of eardrops is daylight robbery, wont be going back

Having a faithful, loving, trusting pet euthanised is the worst thing imaginable for a caring owner, particularly if you are alone and elderly. Having had to go through this experience several times over several decades with six different veterinary practices I can only praise the care and compassion I received at this practice by the vet, nurses and receptionist. I personally would not go anywhere else given a choice.

All the staff really care about you and your pets. The reception staff are always friendly (unlike my previous Vets ~ which is why I left! ) and make you feel at ease.
They have been wonderful treating one of our rabbits that had a mild stroke, also they showed excellent care of our spaniel when he had his teeth scaled and polished! (See before and after photos...)
A little expensive ~ but aren't they all?

Having a faithful, loving, trusting pet euthanised is the worst thing imaginable for a caring owner, particularly if you are alone and elderly. Having had to go through this experience several times over several decades with six different veterinary practices I can only praise the care and compassion I received at this practice by the vet, nurses and receptionist. I personally would not go anywhere else given a choice.
