Helena answered all my questions about my dog tess surgery in a caring considerate manner and the surgery she carried out on tess was 1st class such a kind caring person a very beautiful individual, Thankyou Helena from the bottom of my heart, and thankyou to all the nurses and staff who played a part in tess's care and recovery

Went to the 608 Solihull practice as an emergency and our dog was cared for by Helena. Our sick dog got top class treatment Helena was so kind to him even when he had to have an injection It was done so efficiently that he didn’t even notice ! The receptionist was also very friendly thank you both

Hi we called 608 vets on Saturday 28 th Sept 2019 and spoke to Debra Hope and our almost 13 year old King Charles Cavalier was experiencing heart failure , she was lovely and booked us in within 30 mins , but as we arrived and sat down in reception his 💓 failed and Debra as we were distraught and upset rushed him into theatre as his heart failed and did Emergency CPR , against all odds he came around and saved his life after him seeing the other side for a minute or so , he was in intensive care three days and now is making a steady recovery with the expertise of Debra and the care team , can’t thanks this vets enough for this care and aftercare advise , Well recommended cheers Shaun & Gloria 😘 XXXXX

I discovered 608 vets when my boy was recommended for acupuncture and went to them to receive it. Within a short time I had left my old vets and transferred both my dogs to 608. The difference was remarkable, we saw the same vet every single time no matter what the reason for the visit, we struck up a proper working relationship with our vet and I always felt free to ring at any time for advice if I needed it. They are, quite simply, the most caring, professional, compassionate vets in the country ! (And we'd tried a few !). I am forever indebted to Lesley Wilson who treated Louis with care and extreme kindness and gentleness, and who greeted him like an old friend every time we went. And to Sally, receptionist who held me together when Louis had to be put to sleep. Lesley made the most difficult day a little easier by giving me time and by explaining things carefully. She was incredibly respectful and gentle when dealing with him and when I went to collect his ashes it was Lesley who took the trouble to hand them to me and to ask how I was. With the lack of family support I have, that meant so much to me. I am definitely staying with them now no matter what.

I can't recommend 608 strongly enough. All the staff are friendly and my dog is treated sympathetically and expertly at all times. I wouldn't take her anywhere else 😊🐕🐾🐾

I had to take my puppy to the vets as she was sick and was consequently admitted for 2 nights. During this time she received a severe eye trauma that no one could explain how she got. They even asked me if she had done it before she came in (despite them checking her eyes on arrival). I asked the practice manager to call me but heard nothing from them. In a situation as serious as this I only think it is right to advise of our experience as I would never trust them to look after my puppy or any pet indeed after my dreadful experience.

Nothing is too much trouble and even when nothing more can be done and animals have to be put down the staff are sympathetic and make the process as easy as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice.

The level of care provided by staff here is exceptional. The support and advice given to pet owners is also really informative and they have helped my cat many times when she has been ill.
The practice is not the cheapest, with an A&E consultancy costing around 50. However as stated, the level of care and professionalism justifies this.
Parking can be an issue, however those travelling by bus will be happy, as the 37 stop is only a few footsteps away.
