Went for the first time to find our uromastyx lizard was impacted after a wrong conclusion of being pregnant at another vets, fantastic experience and they saved our little girl without needing surgery. Couldn't recommend a vets more than this one, especially for any reptiles. Fantastic receptionists and every vet is 5 stars. Also extremely reasonable on what we were charged even including the xrays! Read Less

THEY HAVE DELETED THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE DUE TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THEIR HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF MY BABY BUDGIE!!! THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIRDS THERE!!!! Unless you want to come out crying with your baby’s feathers that are bent in all directions and screaming in pain while „specialists” hold them in a different room next to the entrance where there was a risk of my bird escaping!!! We drove an hour just to see the avian specialist about my budgie who has been ill and I am horrified by my experience. The avian vet was not present because of snow (he lives an hour away but so I do and I managed to come to my appointment without any problems). The clinic did not inform me about this so I only wasted my time because I had to see dr Antonio who is the most uncaring and rude vet I have ever met. He let my budgie out and tried to chase it around the room with a towel and when he caught him his wing was completely out in an uncomfortable position and he started screaming in pain and was taken out of the room. When he came back his tail feather was completely bent and damaged and „dr” antonio impudently said that the tail was FINE. He also told me to remove EVERYTHING from his cage (including perches). He was given no care and was treated like a piece of trash, people were walking in and out of the examination room while my budgie was OUT AND COULD FLY OUT. I am so traumatised and so is my bird, I refused to pay because I was promised tests but nothing was done and they told me to leave him there overnight which I would never do as I do not trust these people, they would probably kill him (especially „dr” antonio who should not be let near little fragile birds) just by the way they handled my baby and ignored everything that I said about his symptoms. I might not be a vet but I know that he is not fine and the fact that they told me that he is and it’s „breeding season” and the only solution is removing ALL toys and perches from his cage is just cruel. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never ever go back there and I hope my budgie has not been traumatised by this experience as it could affect his health even more negatively. Read Less
