Absolutely amazing!! Very professional and friendly staff. My dog and i felt so welcomed by everyone. Receptionists where incredibly friendly and fussed my very nervous dog whilst waiting to be seen. Ben was just great. I explained that my dog was a rescue and had an awful experience at a previous vets, which made her anxiety at the vets worse but he was so understanding and did everything he could to examine her without stressing her out. He gave me all the options for her treatment and all prices and i truly felt as if he had my dog's best interests at heart. She is insured but i felt very comfortable with the fact he wasn't trying to push for the most expensive treatment! I cannot explain the relief I feel knowing we now the colebrook vets as our new vets! Thank you all again so much! Read Less
