I was referred to Lesley for my dog Louis to receive acupuncture for his Arthritis in 2014. He went monthly on average and greeted Lesley like an old friend. It was wonderful to have continuity of care from the same vet in the same surgery visit after visit. Our previous vet had used a lot of locums and because Louis was a nervous dog, I wanted him to have stability, so I registered both my dogs with 608. Best decision I ever made and I wish I'd done it much sooner.
Sadly I lost Louis on 10th May 2019 to cancer, he was 12. Lesley couldn't have been kinder, gentler or more compassionate, she made my sad decision bearable and she treated him so gently and kindly. Also Sally, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful, as were the nurses. They are all a fabulous group and I know that the treatment my other dog may need in future will be just as kind and gentle. Thank you SO much 608 and bless you all.

Brilliant vet practice. Tend to use the Bentley Heath branch, but go to Solihull too. If you have a rabbit, ask to see the rabbit specialist, Deborah Hope, who is one of the top rabbit vets in the UK.

Excellent and prompt service. Poppy was well treated having mild sedation for x-rays on front and back legs. Also, less than half the price of YourVets which was a welcome surprise.

I was referred to Lesley for my dog Louis to receive acupuncture for his Arthritis in 2014. He went monthly on average and greeted Lesley like an old friend. It was wonderful to have continuity of care from the same vet in the same surgery visit after visit.
