Sadly on 24th January I had to have my 14 year old Sheltie put to sleep, the Vet I saw that day was Kelly Creneers. On 5th February my 12 year old Sheltie had to be admitted for tests as she had stopped eating and was being sick. The Vet I saw on this occasion was Chiara. The care and compassion I received on each occasion was second to none. I was kept updated with telephone calls and able to visit my dog. Today, 7th February I was asked to visit the Vet yet again to discuss my dog's results and this time I was seen by Dan Zaremba who was so kind and caring, explaining how my dog had improved since being admitted and although she needs further treatment I was able to take her home. I would also like to say that whenever I have visited YourVets Soihull I have always been met with courtesy and a smile from the staff on reception which is so appreciated. I would highly recommend YourVets.

Went there to have my cat microchipped and nurtered they are very friendly and they give the best advice I will definitely recommend this place for pets. Thank you 😊

The vet that checked my cat over got absolutely ripped to shreads by his claws and bled everywhere! She didn't complain at all, she was really nice to us even though she must have been in pain! Hats ...

We had to have our 18 year old cat put to sleep. The staff handled this very sensitively. They got us an appointment within an hour of telephoning. Can't fault the service.

Friendly staff who seem to care a lot about the animals in their care and take time to fully explain the procedures and costs involved when we took our elderly dog in for an operation.

Lovely staff and the foster dog I brought in was well looked after. Thought she was very poorly but thankfully nothing serious and has now gone on to her new forever home. When we came in the day after the first consultation staff on reception remembered her and took the time to ask how things were.

After using these vets for the last couple of years, they have always been fantastic. As of recent though, I would not trust them to look after a dog teddy! They rip you off, telling me a treatment would cost £130 when booking and then finding out when dropping my dog there it would cost £260. Not only this after asking for a call from the manager, Cheryl, who listened to the call that we made when booking to find out who told us the wrong price, she then completely lied to me over the phone, and then to top it off called us liars!
My parents who also use this place for the treatment of their dog who suffers from a terminal illness, they managed to issue the complete wrong tablets to them which could have killed the dog!
They are an absolute disgrace, will never be using them again nor any other of there branches!
Stay away!

As the Coventry branch is closed for repair we have been redirected to Solihull your vets and they are fab just like cov. They give the same great care and when we needed a quick appointment the delivered. We were running late so rang ahead and re arranged an appointment 45mins later. We got their half hour early than new appointment and because they had a free slot they saw us half hour early which was fantastic as reduced waiting time and rabbits stress. 10 out of 10 service.

I recently took my dog to yourvets because she wasn't quite seeming herself, long story short i had to pay out over 90 to be told they have no idea but just give her some tablets and see if she improves! Turns out she's in season. How could a vet not realise a dog was in season! Bloody useless and thieving bast#*ds! I have phoned up to find out why/how they didn't realise and got fobbed off with "the vet will call you tomorrow". This was my first and last time going there.

Excellent price and friendly staff. Very convenient opening times with ample parking. A small selection of pet tots, treats and accessories is also very handy.

Sadly on 24th January I had to have my 14 year old Sheltie put to sleep, the Vet I saw that day was Kelly Creneers. On 5th February my 12 year old Sheltie had to be admitted for tests as she had stopped eating and was being sick. The Vet I saw on this occasion was Chiara. The care and compassion I received on each occasion was second to none. I was kept updated with telephone calls and able to visit my dog.
