I used the online booking system and was offered a choice of appointments on the same day. The system was easy to use. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and very gentle with my cat who is very timid. The practice was warm and very clean. It didn't smell like a clinical area. I would strongly recommend the Rubery practice to anyone looking for a vet.

I could not possibly praise the Clent Hills teams Enough. My Little George received *****+ V.I.P treatment. It's a long story but we ended up visiting ALL three practices for assessments, surgery and post-op check ups. EVERY member of staff could not have been nicer, more helpful or more knowledgeable. From Doctors, nurses, receptionist and the call centre team. They all went above and beyond to make sure George was happy and healthy, treating her like she was their own cat. Personal touches from the night nurses texts saying "George has had TLC and is happy" and post op care sheets with her name on rather then "the cat" or "your animal". This leads me to believe the recruitment process to be a member of The Clent Hills team, is more strict and extensive then it is to join the Army. The entire team; Vets and Management went above and beyond to make Georges incredibly expensive lesson on how to not cross the road as affordable as possible for us because any alternative, was not an option. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FLUFFBALL ANYWHERE ELSE.

Well where do i start! This time 2 weeks ago we were prepared to say goodnight to our very special Boy Buddy who was extremely poorly but with the love and dedication of Alan Barbara and girls he is almost back to his old self. I can not thank the team enough, it is their compassion that stands out, the girls on reception all make a fuse of him the nurses pop out to see him whilst waiting for Alan or Barbara. They are without a doubt Alan and his Angels :) xxx

We'd just like to say a very big 'THANK YOU' to all the staff at Clent Hills Bromsgrove and Hagley. You have brought Bob safely through 2 major operations in the last 3 years and have always been supportive to us humans in working through the decisions to be made, and offering the highest level of care and concern to Bob during his ops and his recovery period. Thank you everyone! We know that things remain uncertain for his longer-term, but he is now pain free and able to still enjoy everything that he has always enjoyed.

I had to take my cat for his annual booster on 28/12/2016, I was approached by Barbara who asked if it was OK for her to treat my cat. I was so shocked that she should even think that it would be a problem and it was all because I had lost my Jess to cancer earlier in the year and it was Barbara that had performed the operation, found it, and had to give me the bad news. Jess was relieved of her pain on April 9th 2016 and I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Clent Hills, especially Barbara, who I am glad to say can look after my cat any time she wants. Thank you Clent Hills Bromsgrove, thank you so much and I wish you all a very Happy New Year.

Excellent, professional veterinary practice, can't recommend highly enough. Rod Stroud and his team have looked after my various zoo for nearly 20 years and I would not go anywhere else for vet advice, they always get me in however last minute it is and listen to what I have to say as they know I understand my animals. Faboooolus team and reception staff are all lovely friendly and welcoming.

Not only that but they have been very reassuring and not once dismissed my worry over her. She's back home today after a procedure to flush her bladder and is currently munching away on her hay so is doing really well See you all again in a few days for her post op checkup!

An amazing team of caring, thorough, dedicated specialists. Thanks to Will & Tracey our little girl Tillie is on the mend after a rather traumatic abdominal op on Boxing night/early hours. Alongside the rest of the team they have put her on the right track to recovery... we can't thank them enough.

Excellent, professional veterinary practice, can't recommend highly enough. Rod Stroud and his team have looked after my various zoo for nearly 20 years and I would not go anywhere else for vet advice, they always get me in however last minute it is and listen to what I have to say as they know I understand my animals. Faboooolus team and reception staff are all lovely friendly and welcoming.

Brilliant vets. Rod and his team are so friendly. I recently adopted a nervous staffy and the team at Clent Hills have been superb with him. I would not go anywhere else.

Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Clent Hills Vets who have been fantastic with my Guinea Pig Martha over the last few weeks. Not only that but they have been very reassuring and not once dismissed my worry over her. She's back home today after a procedure to flush her bladder and is currently munching away on her hay so is doing really well See you all again in a few days for her post op checkup!
