Wonderful Vets! We Sadly had to help another of our elderly cats over to rainbow bridge last week. Steffen looked after our 20 year old Whiskey-Woo on her last day. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone!!! Steffen kept us informed of Whiskeys condition,all her options and helped us make the best decision for her. He went above and beyond to get us an appointment even though it was a very busy day at Vale. Everyone showed great compassion and gave us plenty of time that evening. The receptionists are always superstars! Thank you also for the lovely card we received today it meant a lot to all of us.

Have been using Vale vets for over 20yrs now and would not go anywhere else. It was through their care that my old girl lived to approx 18 yrs old. Lisa delivered by emergency c section her puppies some many years ago. In my experience, and that of others, they are not like some other practices that use scare tactics so get the maximum revenue out of you. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some but I gladly pay it (ok, I will admit I rib the ladies on reception!) knowing that my furry family get the best care that is possible. I emphasise again I would not go anywhere else and never will (unless a certain vet retires and the I won't have anymore pets!)

All the staff are amazing, my dog has just spent 2 nights and 3 days at Vales in Stourport and I can not thank them enough for everything they did, I had regular progress calls and even a text message...
All the staff are amazing, my dog has just spent 2 nights and 3 days at Vales in Stourport and I can not thank them enough for everything they did, I had regular progress calls and even a text message at 10.30pm to assure me that he was comfortable and ready for bed!! Wonderful staff x

I have had a great experience bringing my kitten Lottie in this morning. From booking her in to the staff having the best start kitten pack ready with her name on ready on arrival all paperwork was ready for the pet health plan that I signed up too and the vet check and first injections was top notch and the check with the nurse and worming was done. My kitten had her photo for the wall done too. Everything I needed to know and advice was well explained 100%happy with the service I received today. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Vets! We Sadly had to help another of our elderly cats over to rainbow bridge last week. Steffen looked after our 20 year old Whiskey-Woo on her last day. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone!!! Steffen kept us informed of Whiskeys condition,all her options and helped us make the best decision for her. He went above and beyond to get us an appointment even though it was a very busy day at Vale. Everyone showed great compassion and gave us plenty of time that evening. Have been using Vale vets for over 20yrs now and would not go anywhere else. It was through their care that my old girl lived to approx 18 yrs old. Lisa delivered by emergency c section her puppies some many years ago. In my experience, and that of others, they are not like some other practices that use scare tactics so get the maximum revenue out of you. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some but I gladly pay it (ok, I will admit I rib the ladies on reception!) knowing that my furry family get the best care that is possible. I have had a great experience bringing my kitten Lottie in this morning. From booking her in to the staff having the best start kitten pack ready with her name on ready on arrival all paperwork was ready for the pet health plan that I signed up too and the vet check and first injections was top notch and the check with the nurse and worming was done.
