I’ve always had an excellent service here for over 15 years with various pets. Dai and the team are very knowledgeable, and importantly, kind and sympathetic. The out of hours practice is the willows which is equally fantastic. Would highly recommend

Vet was not prepared to examine my semi feral cat as he could not be handled. Took him to the ark vets in the end and they were brilliant. Didn't bat an eyelid at him climbing the walls!
