They saved my cat's life and I can never thank them enough. Everyone clearly cared very much, from the admin staff, to the vet nurses to the support staff and the vets themselves. I'm welling up writing this. They are amazing people who accommodated for my neurosis, letting me ask a million questions and answering them in layman's terms. They kept me up to date through out the days and communicated with the overnight emergency vets extremely well, making the transitions betwe...en the two clinics very smooth and easy for me and my cat. I've been bringing my cats and rodents to Ashwood since I moved to Sutton 3 years ago and I'm always very happy with the service, if I ever move out of Sutton, I'm still going to bring my animals here. They offered me and my partner a quiet, private area to sit in while we were waiting for the results of our cat's initial tests and first day on support which was very much appreciated as we definitely needed a quiet place to collect our thoughts. Worst vets I've ever experienced. ! Please do not go there .... They are completely and utterly useless and a rip off. My cat had cystitis and they decided to do c days which cost us over 500. They tested her water afterwards. We put our trust in them and they scared our cat half to death. They charged me twice for antibiotics because the first bunch didn't work. My cat has no infection but is still over grooming and they are clueless .... Not only this after spending over 650 in total we feel we burden them when contacting them. Their attitude from the receptionist to the vet is awful. We are the customer and I was just spoken to like rubbish. We will be seeking another more professional vets for our cat and I urge anyone not to go here they are awful Read Less

Rip off. Female vet didnt introduce herself. Barely checked my cat. Gave him an injection without seeking permission first. Handed me a bill without agreeing costs for injection. Cat had no fever but vet was insistent i pay for antibiotics. They only appear to want your money. Went there to get clinical advice. May as well have checked in with Dr Google. Read Less

I would no longer recommend this vets. I used Ashwood for the about 4 years with both of my dogs and was happy with their service. However, after having a particularly terrible experience with a specific vet, I will no longer take my dogs there and have switched to a different local vets. I complained about the experience I had and was basically fobbed off. Having since spoken to other dog owners about my experience, I've since found out that the same vet has done this to multiple other dogs in the area. If I'd have known, I would never have taken my dogs to this clinic. Following this experience, my dog is now terrified to go to the vets. Before this, he was fine going to the vets but now I struggle to even get him into the waiting room. A whole year of careful socialisation has been ruined by one experience with this vet and we now have to start all over again. Not impressed!! Read Less

Can't praise Ashwood highly enough. They have looked after our 19 year old cat for all of her life, and we have never come across a member of staff who hasn't been kind and caring. We wouldn't use any other vet, even if Nellie isn't always as appreciative of them as we are! Thank you :) Read Less
