Lovely place, great staff and wonderful vets. One thing that really annoys me is that every time I am there I am waiting at least half an hour, even when place looks empty, and the staff at the reception does not bother to let me know I have to wait long. Would help a lot if they would let me know about the wait instead happily gossiping and sharing laughs. They are lovely for animals but I feel like my time is not respected. Read Less
