Absolutely appalling service received today 11 Jan 2018. Unnecessary x ray, failure to conduct a physical assessment of a cat that presented no aggression. Exploiting of a vulnerable cat owner who was in a highly distressed state following euthanasia of her cat. Cat was left to suffer in pain from morning until 2pm as vet wanted to crank up bill to include xray and then insisted bill be paid first. The bill was over £177 for what should gave been a sad but simple euthanasia. Vets for pets in dudley port are a disgrace and have been reported to the veterinary ombudsman. Read Less

Vets4pets in Dudley are awful, one of there old vets Kelly ( I know she's left since) gave my dog the wrong dose when putting him to sleep leaving him gasping, unable to breathe & panicking & me of course freaking out. Also I called there 2 years later when my other dog had a back injury after calling them & being told they had a specialist. I made an apt, They were late for the appointment by an hour leaving me sat in a waiting room with a dog that was in agony with slipped disc calling everyone else in front of me that dogs were just having jabs ( I know that bc I asked) they seriously lacked prioritisation of a dog that was unwell and in severe pain. Anyway when I got through it was Jo who is not a spinal specialist, she did nothing but look at the X-rays I'd already had done at gornal & say she could then refer me to the specialist plus a jab of pain control then charging me 70. The worst!
