I've used them only a handful of times but they have always been really good with my dog as she hated vets . I always found them to be very friendly and do their best for your needs . I recently had to have my beloved bella put to sleep. They came to my house and did what they needed to do and left me to grieve for my pet. Would recommend to everybody i know as they treat your pets as their own and not just as a number

I no its cheap but I expected more . its dirty it smells and there was dog mess on the floor . my appointment was at 10.30 only 3 others in but I still wasn't seen till 11.25. My poor dog is a nervous...

My poor dog is a nervous vet visitor and he cries and wimpers when there but I was told I would have to leave if I couldn't shut him up saying they are animal lovers no sympathy for him nothing . when finally called in the lady vet not very pleasant at all my dog went to lick her hand she stepped back put her hands up and said I don't think so . I think I might pay the little bit extra next time and go some where else

I'd like to thank the staff for seeing my cat Sky as an emergency last Wednesday evening. The vet and staff where amazing. Staying late until Sky had been treated, and reassuring me as I was really worried. I would recommend this vets to all as I have used them for over 12 years. All my 6 previous cats have been treated, looked after and cared for by Cavans and I can't put into words the understanding and support they have given at some of the most worrying times for me as a pet owner. Thanks to All who work there!

Having taken my dogs here before when they were younger and when I was showing them, it was fine, then took my dogs elsewhere.. However, we took our eldest dog here this time, the Australian lady vet treated us appallingly, turned her back to us, was very rude, and clearly was driven by money.
This vet convinced us our poor dog had cancer again, we were that upset we took our dog to our local vet Vets4Pets in Merryhill, who assured us it was an INGROWING HAIR that had caused a reaction!!!!!!!!!
Just please, never take your pet here

Staying late until Sky had been treated, and reassuring me as I was really worried. I would recommend this vets to all as I have used them for over 12 years. All my 6 previous cats have been treated, looked after and cared for by Cavans and I can't put into words the understanding and support they have given at some of the most worrying times for me as a pet owner. Thanks to All who work there!

AWFUL! If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
Having taken my dogs here before when they were younger and when I was showing them, it was fine, then took my dogs elsewhere.. However, we took our eldest dog here this time, the Australian lady vet treated us appallingly, turned her back to us, was very rude, and clearly was driven by money.
This vet convinced us our poor dog had cancer again, we were that upset we took our dog to our local vet Vets4Pets in Merryhill, who assured us it was an INGROWING HAIR that had caused a reaction!!!!!!!!!
Just please, never take your pet here
