We were seen urgently on a Saturday morning, an appointment was available almost immediately after the surgery opened. The vets Raul and Clare and the support staff were friendly and caring. Our dog had a diagnosis and treatment within 30 minutes of us arriving with a plan of care and follow up appointment arranged before we left. Couldn't fault the service here.

I have 3 dogs all of which have been expertly cared for by this veterinary practice. From routine check ups to complex surgery the care to each dog (and the owners!) is always excellent. Clear and well explained diagnoses, together with illustrations expertly drawn by Richard (Ruby the westie with dodgy knee!)
Even at the toughest of times when you have to say goodbye, the staff are with you all the way, making the difficult just that little bit easier to bear.
I can only thank everyone and highly recommend Richard Hillman Veterinary Practice.
