Ted has mainly seen nurse Catherine at the healthy puppy clinic. She's lovely, helpful, knowledgeable and always kind to Ted, as he gets in an awful state! Why he does, I don't know.

Iv used Melbourne for over 15 years now , first class service every time , thank you so much for taking suck great care of dogs n rabbits , special thanks to Shannon for taking her time to put my mind at rest with "Bugs" . I just wish Melbourne could keep the staff longer ? It's always nice to see the same faces .

We take out dog Barney to Melbourne. He is in the healthy pet club so all of his flee and worm stuff is included. And dental checks weight checks etc. It's great knowing it's all covered!! Thanks Melb...

I have my dog in their loyalty club. It's fantastic he is covered for everything. Jabs, flea and worms stuff, Id chip and he gets to see a nurse for a free health check every year which he LOVES they ...
