I had my old cat Ginger registered there to start with and as I was very pleased with the service I transferred my other cat Freddy over to White Cross Vets. From the word go I and my cats have received the most caring and professional service anyone could ask for. Sadly, my old cat Ginger passed away on 21/3/2018. He was euthanised in my arms at White Cross Vets and the Vet who dealt with Ginger was absolutely wonderful. New kitty owner to two little ones, been registered with this vets about 9 months after had 1st kitten after a family member recommended service so far been great would definitely recommend. Staff are always very friendly and practice is spotlessly clean. Very knowledgeable would advise the monthly fee to pay well worth the money getting flea treatments, worming, vacs etc all in. Absolutely amazing vets....can not praise them enough! This is by far the best service we have ever had: the reception staff, the vets, the nurses are all fantastic. What a fabulous vets ... Tom has saved my cat from near death and given me some precious time with her. He is so knowledgable, kind and compassionate a genuinely wonderful young man. Been there today with my Kiera had the bad news that she as cancer. Tom the vet Iv seen a couple of times is so very nice takes his time explaining everything to you. I have used this vets practice since getting my springer spaniel puppy. I have a plan with them so visit regularly. This visit was to get my dog castrated. The care my dog received was outstanding with all his appointments for his follow up sorted when I picked him up. The staff and vets are extremely friendly and helpful and of course very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good vets. Read Less

A really wonderful vets, friendly and a fair service. I turned to White Cross Vets when my two dogs suddenly had developed pyometra. I made an appointment as soon as possible and I was seen straight away by the vet on the same day. He talked me through what needed to be done, he was straight up with the costs and fair with me on the price. I will not put down the prices as all prices vary from pet to pet and prices change. So my dogs had the operation the next morning and came home later in the afternoon, they took their pills and I kept them on an intense food regime with hand made meals that the vet gave me some advice on. In two days my first dog was stealing my pepperoni pizza... My second dog had to stay at Lichfield for a night, it was pricey, but I would go broke for my pets if needed. The second dog came home, a few days later she was being her old self. This vets gave me back my dogs and I will always be grateful for their service. When it comes to vets we all dread the big elephant in the room... The price. With White Cross , they are up front and bundle the price into a package -Surgery -Time -Medication -Procedure and follow up appointments into one price, so you know where you stand. Rather than my first vets that kept adding stuff on and we're always vague and never gave me a straight answer to any of my questions and put me into this situation in the first place. It frustrated me to the point that I have made White Cross my priority vets, for vaccines and check ups when needed and spading or neutering future pets. Read Less
