Thank you for the quick appointment for our very loved Whiskers. He’s been our fourth family member for two and a half years. He was so loved and we enjoyed his super funny personality- without him it seems very quiet. Sadly it was his time to go, and the children, including myself found it hard to say goodbye but the Orchard Vets made us feel at ease with the whole experience. Thank you for the compassion and the card in the post. Sylvie, Summer and Noah ❤️ Read Less

My cat Sheba, was looked after by Orchard since she was a kitten for 14 years, until she developed cancer in her jaw that was inoperable. The vet was very compassionate and let us decide when it was time to let Sheba go, she gave us medication to help relieve Sheba’s symptoms. When it was time she arranged for us to be there to say goodbye which we appreciated very much. The end was well organised and quick, Thankyou so much for your care and compassion and the lovely card you sent us. Used to be great but upon trying to book my dog in to have a lump checked and possible infected cyst, was fobbed off by the receptionist and asked to send a photo. I didn’t even get the opportunity to speak to a vet let alone see one and apparently they’re now able to tell about potential infections in a photo! I understand things are difficult right now but I’ve either been treated really shoddily on this occasion or I’ve been ripped off by being told I needed to pay for antibiotics and painkillers on previous occasions. Either way, neither is good service. Read Less

Today I had to take one of my dogs to the Wednesbury branch following a fight with my other dog. I myself was extremely upset due to so much blood etc. They saw Rogue straight away, reassured both me and her. She was seen by Elissia firstly who was so kind and informative, reassured me it wasn't my fault which is exactly what I needed to here. Next she was sedated and stitched by Alan. I felt really sick so Emma kindly made me a hot drink whilst I waited for Rogue. As I had walked to the vets with Rogue, I hadn't even considered how I was going to get her back following her sedation. Emma offered to drop me home with Rogue. Thank goodness we had Rogue covered with their pet plan, which covers surgery (all 4 of our pets have the premium cover.) I rushed out without my bank card and was told not to worry and I could pay for the meds over the phone. The staff at Wednesbury in my opinion went above and beyond and I can't thank or recommend them enough. Gemma Read Less
