Sorry but very bad service today. Contacted them at 7:45am and arranged to take up my Cavalier for an emergency appointment, as she was bleeding under her tail. (quoted 117 consultancy fee). Got to the vets not long after 8am and was still not seen by 8:40! After querying the wait I was told I wouldn't be charged the emergency fee but still had to wait. As my own vets was now open by this time I decided to leave and go there. I admit it wasn't a life and death situation (turned out to be a burst cyst/gland), but I wanted her seen straight away and they agreed to see her under emergency booking. If they offer this service they should provide it! If it had proved to be more serious they were wasting valuable time! As they are my vets emergency service I would be concerned if I had to use them in the future! Read Less
