Sorry but very bad service today. Contacted them at 7:45am and arranged to take up my Cavalier for an emergency appointment, as she was bleeding under her tail. (quoted 117 consultancy fee). Got to the vets not long after 8am and was still not seen by 8:40! After querying the wait I was told I wouldn't be charged the emergency fee but still had to wait. As my own vets was now open by this time I decided to leave and go there. I admit it wasn't a life and death situation (turned out to be a burst cyst/gland), but I wanted her seen straight away and they agreed to see her under emergency booking. If they offer this service they should provide it! If it had proved to be more serious they were wasting valuable time! What can you can about St. George's Veterinary Group expect that they are the very best. I have been a client of St. George's Wolverhampton Branch for over 25 years and despite having the opportunity to use lots of other Vets in my area, I would never consider going anywhere else. The wonderful care and attention given to my pets and indeed myself, as a doting owner, whenever the occasion has arose, has always been first class whether it be from the Vets, Nurses, Reception Staff and indeed everyone within the practice. You can always be sure that your pet receives only the best expert veterinary care. The fact that they also have a 24 hour hospital facility at Wolverhampton also provides reassurance that whatever the time, day or night, there will be someone there to help. As far as I am concerned St. George's are 'SIMPLY THE BEST' and you can be assured that your pet[s] will always receive the 5* treatment they deserve. A very Happy and Satisfied Client. Read Less

Read Less
