Had to come to bring my daughter's pet rat. The vet (I forgot his name, nice Irish guy) was very understanding and dealt with us in a great manner. Unfortunately after the vet had taken a look, the most humane option was euthanasia and although after having the rat for almost 3 years, the service they provided was very respectful. The vet gave us some time on our own to say goodbye and then proceeded. We will definitely be using them gain. Location is good and lots of parking. Receptionist was very welcoming and polite, the place was spotless and had a nice clean smell. Read Less

We used Vets 4 Pets recently for our cat, Charlie, who needed to be put to sleep. It was an awful time as he was a very big part of the family but all staff were kind, compassionate and understanding. We were able to keep a lock of his fur and had a very sweet sympathy card posted to us a few days later. The Vet, Edward, was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you, Vets 4 Pets. Read Less

unsympathetic, and not professional. They don't deserve any stars. I took in two orphaned kittens and Was told that putting them down was the most humane thing to do. The vet didn't handle the kittens much or even attempt to do a thorough examination.she gave me a bleak prognosis for cat flu and was very negative ,I needed time to think and left without treatment. After calling Pdsa emergency ( bank holiday weekend) I had to take kitties into emergency later that night, kitties were given medicine for cat flu not once was I told they should be put down. Prognosis was very positive. I was basically told the opposite to these people and after 4 days of taking their advice the kitties have had a major improvement, I thank god I didn't act on their advice. I would never recommend these vets. Please Please get a second opinion before doing anything rash. I just sensed an uncaring attitude by their lack of interest. And some of their comments were contradicting. ( killing humane thing to do, yet pay extortionate amount for treatment and they will be ok). I would never use this clinic again. Read Less
