As you can see Iām on the mend . A massive thank you to Wombourn vet Helen .Natalie and nurses that took care of me. Also receptionist that were patient and understanding. I was shot by a air riffle...

Awful place will never visit again (if I need a vet in the future) , took our dog in last week with loss of appetite, lethargic, bad breath, being sick and was discharged with medication for an infect...
Awful place will never visit again (if I need a vet in the future) , took our dog in last week with loss of appetite, lethargic, bad breath, being sick and was discharged with medication for an infection to his gums/teeth and told he needed a mouth clean procedure (which just happened to be half price) . No improvement made and all the symptoms remained plus he started fitting! We took him to an alternative vets today and was given a blood test and diagnosed with severe kidney failure and he was put down. These vets his symptoms were so severe and he was so poorly he should have been given a blood test last week but this was never mentioned by Island vets! Would never recommend you!!!!!!

For the last 30 months the team have been looking after my girl who suffered from IMTP. I couldn't have asked for a more genuinely caring, helpful team, Bramble loved to trot in to see her "mates", loved the fuss and attention and considered them her friends. Natalie the vet who looked after her ( I wouldn't consider seeing any other) she really went that extra mile and when the inevitable happened made it a very caring and loving experience. I'm forever grateful to them and highly recommend them.

Amazing vets!!
Couldn't praise higher the staff are friendly and kind
They are knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
The vets has 2 locations and I have been to both. Both are wonderful.

I wouldn't recommend then to anyone when I had to put my cat down I was in tears and the staff were just laughing. No respect at all.

Had to have one of my beloved cats put to sleep this week, following a very short illness. Called the vets today to find out when her ashes would be back, to be told she was still at the vets. No arrangements had been made with the company who does the cremations. She has basically been put in the freezer and left as you would a piece of meat! Am I angry and upset? more than I can put into words. I now have to wait till after the Easter break before her ashes will be back. Absolutely gutted. It's bad enough having to lose a pet but to then be treated in this way is appalling.
