I have been with this practice for 16 years and have had unfailing kindness and care for a variety of animals from dogs and cats to snakes and rats. If there is an emergency, they will give you options; I have never been ignored or delayed unecessarily.
They are all about the pre booked customer... I had a injured cat, called up, they said come in a few hours later, will try to see it, I turned up, waited, and waited while they dealt with others, I g...
