First Visit for Bubbles and Squeak this morning to the new Hilsea clinic after swapping from our previous vets. Very warm welcome and lovely staff nothing was too much trouble. I love the separate waiting area for cats and he whole clinic is lovely and fresh and clean. Even with two grumpy cats this morning it was the best vet visit we’ve had in a while. Thank you Eleanor and Hannah and your lovely lady on reception whose name I did get ... Looking forward to our return visit in a few weeks. Altro...

It started off a couple of weeks ago I called to book my cat in to be castrated and microchipped, I was told that they needed to see me for 45mins before I could leave my cat to have the op, and this had to be done early so was told that I needed to be in between 8-8.30am on Monday the 23rd, unfortunately My cat had eaten, so the lady on the desk said they couldn't do it and could I come in during the week, I s...Continua a leggere
