I just wanted to thank the staff for being kind and considerate, I called this morning due to my animal needing to be put to sleep managed to give me appointment today. Also very kind as I was crying on arrival and they were so kind and could tell I was upset over it all, asked me if I wanted a drink and gave me some tissues.
