IRINA was the vet I saw when my cat had to have 2 mammary lumps removed by her. She couldn’t have explained in more detail everything about the op and future treatment plus medication. She went over and above with her care and stayed late checking that my cat had come out of her anaesthesia. We had to take Peaches to Worthing to stay overnight because IRINA felt she needed more care with her painkillers over night. She asked me to text her when we arrived as it was a wet and windy night. I can’t recommend IRINA enough, she is very thorough, a lovely person and we are lucky to have her in Felpham. Read Less

An awful place - vet David is rude, aggressive and obnoxious. Don't be fooled by the initial jolly demeanour- it's not genuine and doesn't last. The way he spoke to me had me in tears and walking out. My crime? Daring to show some mild anxiety at huge and possibly endless bills, (having already spent fortunes) with no proper diagnosis, and expressing some emotion at possible euthanasia of my pet. I refuse to believe that's rare!! David clearly doesn't like people talking full stop. Entirely above himself with no respect for his customers. Sorry, but I don't care how many qualifications or how successful you are professionally if you think that affords you to treat people like scum. And for a heavily pregnant crying woman to be ignored by both vet and receptionist as she leaves, with no phone call afterwards? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish I could give zero stars but it doesn't allow you to. Plenty of other vets to go to- leave this place well alone. Read Less

I took my cats to get the annual vaccination, my male cat developed a bald spot, redness and a lump as a reaction where the vaccine was given. I phoned the clinic to explain what was going on, and the advice was to wait 7 to 10 days, and see if it gets better, while the correct procedure was the Vet to take a look at the cat, since this kind of vaccine FelV may cause serious problems in some cats. Phoned again after 4 days because it was getting really worse, looking bad, and I could make an appointment, but I was running a bit late on the day , rang the clinic to let them know I had a flat tire and the answer was not to go, it wasn't worth because they were fully booked. Really?? If it was a regular appointment I would understand that kind of answer, but in my case the animal was showing a strange reaction, totally different!! Is something that any Vet who loves animals and has passion for his job would simply care about this urgent situation. The receptionists are playing God with people's pets?! There has to be some flexibility and sympathy, but they are't nice and just don't care! Never going back there again, if you love your pet, choose another clinic. Read Less

Took my two cats to be vaccinated. One of then developed a bold spot where he took the vaccine. Extremely difficult to speak to anyone to book an appointment. Was 20 minutes late for appointment due to puncture, staff showed absolutely no flexibility to see the cat. Vet more interested in selling pet plan than actually taking care of animal. Will not be using this clinic ever again. If you love your pets, stay away! Read Less
