I took my cats to get the annual vaccination, my male cat developed a bald spot, redness and a lump as a reaction where the vaccine was given. I phoned the clinic to explain what was going on, and the advice was to wait 7 to 10 days, and see if it gets better, while the correct procedure was the Vet to take a look at the cat, since this kind of vaccine FelV may cause serious problems in some cats. Phoned again after 4 days because it was getting really worse, looking bad, and I could make an appointment, but I was running a bit late on the day , rang the clinic to let them know I had a flat tire and the answer was not to go, it wasn't worth because they were fully booked. Really?? If it was a regular appointment I would understand that kind of answer, but in my case the animal was showing a strange reaction, totally different!! Is something that any Vet who loves animals and has passion for his job would simply care about this urgent situation. The receptionists are playing God with people's pets?! There has to be some flexibility and sympathy, but they are't nice and just don't care! Never going back there again, if you love your pet, choose another clinic. Read Less
