The staff at Heath vets went above and beyond to help when our puppy broke her leg. They all genuinely care and love the animals. At our regular check ups each member of staff has been very accommodating to my million questions as we learn about life with a dog. Not very often you go 14 years with any Company without a single complaint but Heath is the exception. Emily, Rhian, Sarah and of course Carol have been incredible over the years and I can't thank them enough. They're so accommodating everytime we get a new pet no matter what animal we bring in. Have had one small issue pop up recently and it was sorted so quickly with the up most dignity, professionalism and merit and they should be commended for that. It's THAT reason that you won't see a 1* review for them. I recommend them to everyone! My only advice to new customers is I'd advise registering with a separate 24hr vet for any out of hours emergencies as I certainly couldn't give a review like this to PETS - The Priory. We should of been informed of the costs of treatment before it was given by the vet. All treatments were given on the basis of "just in case" so costs of 81 may not even of been required, which is a high cost to pay when not definitely needed. Going forward it would be helpful to tell clients of costs prior to treatments being given, and whether the treatments are definitely needed. Read Less

I would like to say a massive thank you to Jo and Emily for the tough decisions they continued to make during Wallaces difficult 9 hour operation on Wednesday. This was a tiring day for all concerned, exhausting for Jo & Emily. This was a real team effort! They spent time researching Feline asthma and always made time to see our Sedgley when he was having a bad attack, even showing us how to administer steroid injections should it be out of hours.
