If we could give them six stars we would!! We were with Crossways for nearly 8 years until recently moving abroad and it was very hard to say goodbye. We went through a lot with them over the years and couldn't more grateful for all the expert care and kindness they gave both our cat Harry and dog Beauregard. We went through skin allergies, dental extractions, a severe back injury, a bloody diarrhoeal illness, compassionately navigating end of life decisions and numerous other incidents in between. What I will remember most was how brilliantly they managed the urgent trauma of our Labrador being attacked by other dogs and requiring over five hours of surgical repair. The days after his attack were so critical and they supported him (and us) every step of the way. He recovered better than anyone could have expected...and to the day we left he adored going to Crossways to see his team! Honestly, every single person there is very genuinely prepared to provide the best possible care for our animals and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely the best.

I was with this Surgery for best part of 8 years, generally ok however once my dog started having problems, they suggested lots of costly options which we agreed and paid. Unfortunately two weeks before his death our dog lost a lot of weight and and they said he would be fine. I visited the Surgery to let them know he had passed and I did not even get a card or call from any of the vets from this Surgery. Looked like they just wanted the money.

I took my cat here today with an emergency without being registered and I cannot express how wonderful this surgery was. They saw Rhaegar immediately and despite being super stressed from travelling in the car he seemed to really like the staff and they kept him calm. They treated both my cat and myself with compassion and I was even impressed with the pricing which is better than other vets I've used. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I have been with the practise for 30years with all the pets we have had. This practise is compassionate and caring towards the animals it treats. Over the years i have had animals operated on and in cases put to sleep but it has all been made easier with the help of Alan & Donna and the team. If your looking for a good vet these are the people.

We can't thank Alan and Donna at Crossways enough. Not only did they solve our dog Toby's dietary problems which our previous vet had not solved, but Alan helped us all the way in organising the very compicated paperwork and tests for his move with us to Australia. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend Crossways vet for your little furry friend!

Overall my experience was positive.
The lady on reception/answering the phone was really friendly and professional. They fitted me into an urgent appointment promptly (within the hour). The vet was very gentle and listened to what I had to say. I had my little pal put to sleep.
My only criticism, which is meant in a constructive sense, was that the vet did not introduce themself to me, and I had to ask what their name was. Minor, but those small bedside manner things go a long way in building rapport.

Recently, my naughty English Bull Terrier ate some plastic plant containers because they looked tasty. I took her to Crossways and she was put straight on a drip, had an x-ray and surgery to remove the plastic from her intestines. She came home the same evening and went back for a check the next day. After a few days on soft foods the Vet said she could go back onto her normal food. He took the stitches out two days ago and now she she is back to her wicked ways !

If we could give them six stars we would!! We were with Crossways for nearly 8 years until recently moving abroad and it was very hard to say goodbye. We went through a lot with them over the years and couldn't more grateful for all the expert care and kindness they gave both our cat Harry and dog Beauregard. We went through skin allergies, dental extractions, a severe back injury, a bloody diarrhoeal illness, compassionately navigating end of life decisions and numerous other incidents in between. What I will remember most was how brilliantly they managed the urgent trauma of our Labrador being attacked by other dogs and requiring over five hours of surgical repair. The days after his attack were so critical and they supported him (and us) every step of the way. He recovered better than anyone could have expected...and to the day we left he adored going to Crossways to see his team! Honestly, every single person there is very genuinely prepared to provide the best possible care for our animals and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely the best.

I was with this Surgery for best part of 8 years, generally ok however once my dog started having problems, they suggested lots of costly options which we agreed and paid. Unfortunately two weeks before his death our dog lost a lot of weight and and they said he would be fine. I visited the Surgery to let them know he had passed and I did not even get a card or call from any of the vets from this Surgery. Looked like they just wanted the money.

I took my cat here today with an emergency without being registered and I cannot express how wonderful this surgery was. They saw Rhaegar immediately and despite being super stressed from travelling in the car he seemed to really like the staff and they kept him calm. They treated both my cat and myself with compassion and I was even impressed with the pricing which is better than other vets I've used. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I have been with the practise for 30years with all the pets we have had. This practise is compassionate and caring towards the animals it treats. Over the years i have had animals operated on and in cases put to sleep but it has all been made easier with the help of Alan & Donna and the team. If your looking for a good vet these are the people.

We can't thank Alan and Donna at Crossways enough. Not only did they solve our dog Toby's dietary problems which our previous vet had not solved, but Alan helped us all the way in organising the very compicated paperwork and tests for his move with us to Australia. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend Crossways vet for your little furry friend!

Overall my experience was positive.
The lady on reception/answering the phone was really friendly and professional. They fitted me into an urgent appointment promptly (within the hour). The vet was very gentle and listened to what I had to say. I had my little pal put to sleep.
My only criticism, which is meant in a constructive sense, was that the vet did not introduce themself to me, and I had to ask what their name was. Minor, but those small bedside manner things go a long way in building rapport.

Recently, my naughty English Bull Terrier ate some plastic plant containers because they looked tasty. I took her to Crossways and she was put straight on a drip, had an x-ray and surgery to remove the plastic from her intestines. She came home the same evening and went back for a check the next day. After a few days on soft foods the Vet said she could go back onto her normal food. He took the stitches out two days ago and now she she is back to her wicked ways !
