Absolutely fantastic vets and Mr Jacklin in particular went above and beyond to help my furbaby. All the staff there have been amazing and have even dropped emergency medication to me when we were isolating due to Covid exposure!!! Also managed to fit us in for emergency appointments and give us discounts where possible. Can't recommend them enough! Would give 50 stars if I could!!!

Awful practice! different views from different so called vets. my cat has been severely traumatised here twice now!! after a procedure done to remove packed faeces they returned her to me covered in faeces! they did not even bother to clean her up! so she was extremely upset. Then the next time they had to take blood. they would not let me come in the room with my cat, 3 staff held her down and they then returned her to the reception panting and doing open mouthed breathing which a cat only does when very distressed. I will seek another practice. This disgusting awful practice has really upset me knowing that i trusted them to help my beloved erderly cat.

Always a warm welcome. Everyone from the receptionists, nurses to vets are kind, understanding and sensitive to individual situations. Treatments and costs are discussed so you are fully aware of what is to come without any nasty surprises. Nurses and vets listen to your concerns and are always reassuring. My cat Ken is always treated with great care and affection. A really lovely team.

My little puppy was very ill when I got her. Northdale worked round the clock to save her and some repeat visits were free of charge. And I was able to talk directly to the vet on the phone any time I had any worries about her. Top service. They really care. It's not just about getting money.

I actually use the Lancing branch of Northdale and I really cannot speak too highly of them. All of the staff are professional and the vets really do care about the animals which is a joy to see, I would recommend this vetinary practice to all pet owners

Very frriendly staff. Very welcoming.
Love the quiet cat corner. My boy Pickles seemed very relaxed during his visit, although he didn’t talk to me when we got home.

My dog had a partially ruptured cruciate ligament and it was repaired by Louise at Worthing. The whole experience for our dog and us was very good. The staff were helpful, informative and understanding of our concerns. They were always willing to explain things in full and so we could understand. Cant thank them enough.

Absolutely fantastic vets and Mr Jacklin in particular went above and beyond to help my furbaby. All the staff there have been amazing and have even dropped emergency medication to me when we were isolating due to Covid exposure!!! Awful practice! different views from different so called vets. my cat has been severely traumatised here twice now!! after a procedure done to remove packed faeces they returned her to me covered in faeces! they did not even bother to clean her up! so she was extremely upset.
