+ 24hr service is good as not many close to my area. + Vet on shift seemed knowledge about rabbits and handled the situation with care and compassion. - However felt the late night appointment fee was excessive at £100+although was warned about this on the pre-call. - Didn't forward email the details of actions taken to my regular vet as promised, so when went for next day checkup they had no idea what had been done except for what was on the invoice. + Rabbit is alive and well. Turned up after booking an appointment with one of the loves of my life 'clover' my much loved 7 year old cherished Silver Bengal, after she had suffered a prolapse after partly giving birth to 4 adorable kittens. was left waiting over an hour, whilst my 'baby' was sat in a carrier with the most horrific occurrence and an 'Unborn' kitten still attached to her etc. Was then told by a 'Robot ' like female vet that after looking at her condition for 10 seconds, suddenly stated it will be a minimum of 4 Figures ie 1000+ for the 'attempt' of re-attaching the the related area, with minimum chance of success, or your cat will have to be put to sleep!!! as it will kill her. At this time if i was not crying already, i realized that my 'Baby' was not coming home with me. After swearing at the vet profusely 'Of which i quickly apologized for as manners are manner after all, at the lack and well brutal lack of compassion and overall effort involved from start to finish. So after being held to ransom 'With reception triggered remote locking doors' for a price of 130 (initial booked visit fee), Turned into 193 ( That i had to borrow of a family member) after having to pay twice the price for her to be put to sleep, usually around the 40 pound mark from non credit card hungry vet surgery's . If i had a glimmer of hope of getting 1000+ by the next day i would have done it in a heart beat!!, but as it turned out they chose not to give my 'Baby's' heart a chance to beat again, over payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For what its worth i raised the 9 hour old Bengal orphans single handily 24/7 , they are now approaching 12 weeks and are thriving, no thanks to Vetsnow, you should be ashamed, and this will be forwarded to the relevant parties. Used them from getting my dog as a pup till she died....was ok for minor things but when it counted, one female vet in particular, I felt let my dog down in the biggest way possible! Never got a full explanation on any test results, when I raised concerns over some medication my dog was prescribed by the female vet and that I didn't think it was agreeing with her I was advised to carry on with the medication which I did 4 days later my dog died, felt the female vet I saw was more interested in making money than the health of my dog.......I will never use them ever again! The veterinary skills are fine but the communication and customer service skills are very poor. I requested castration and microchip at a cost of 49. I was talked into a kitten package at 55 which, I was told, also included vaccinations, flea and worm treatment. What nobody told me at any point was that the kitten package didn't actually include castration which had been my original request, so instead of a bill of 110 (2 kittens) on collection I was presented with a bill of 176 which I feel is extortionate. As I couldn't get any satisfaction from the practice itself - I was offered two flea treatments as a gesture of goodwill! - you will be able to read my story in the T&A soon. Read Less

It's not about money with these vets it's about the pets. They offered us to go to PDSA to get an op but it was to late to save our dog. Still using the vets for my other dog. BECKY WAS AMAZING.
