I've been to White Cross Vets in BD2 countless times for my rabbit & cat. But every time I come the service gets worse. Today is the final straw I'm afraid. They didn't seem to care about my pet. The receptionist is plain RUDE. First she shouted over the practice to try ask me something, like I was a child. Then watched me struggle to unlock the door as I tried to leave. What's the use of covid precautions if customers have to touch the door key themselves to try leave? Absolutely disgraceful.

But so far so good all staff l have dealt with are very helpful and professional which is good
I have 9 animals in total so they will eventually meet the three dogs and six cats

I don't often write reviews but had to rate these guys ...as what a fantastic vets they are, I had visited before in there old building, but although I loved the service the lack of waiting room space...
I don't often write reviews but had to rate these guys ...as what a fantastic vets they are, I had visited before in there old building, but although I loved the service the lack of waiting room space was an issue, but what a difference it's made been inside pets at home, it's light clean and really Spacious.
And my pets didn't even know they were at the vets.
I saw Francesca the vet who was lovely, she spent ages examining my really old cat, I wasn't rushed and she explained everything to me and what treatment plan she was advising for her. The cost
Options were explained fully and I left feeling reassured that she would do everything she could and more to help my cat.
The manager Tracey was fantastic at explaining all the care plans they offered that would help me save on any costs, and I am happy in the plan that Francesca has made for my cat smudge I can't recommend these guys enough . First class👍

I've been to White Cross Vets in BD2 countless times for my rabbit & cat. But every time I come the service gets worse. Today is the final straw I'm afraid. They didn't seem to care about my pet. I don't often write reviews but had to rate these guys ...as what a fantastic vets they are, I had visited before in there old building, but although I loved the service the lack of waiting room space was an issue, but what a difference it's made been inside pets at home, it's light clean and really Spacious.
