Not at all happy n reception staff just said it's the terms of that Banchory but couldn't give me a copy of the terms n conditions n didn't actually know what they were herself. All this after been told it was 99 the phone on Friday but then they said we don't no who you spoke to so can't comment on this. THERE'S ONLY 2 GIRLS THERE SO IT'S 1 OR THE OTHER !!!
