Very disappointed with today's appointment. Turned up at 9:55am for 10:00am appointment. I was eventually seen after a 35 minute wait. At no point did staff advise there was a wait. Whilst waiting, an...
Very disappointed with today's appointment. Turned up at 9:55am for 10:00am appointment. I was eventually seen after a 35 minute wait. At no point did staff advise there was a wait. Whilst waiting, another customer advised they waited 30 minutes on their previous appointment. Seriously thinking about moving Vets as I pass another on my way to Ashfield and the service today was poor.

We've used Oakroyd/Ashfield for many years.
Charges are fair and not too difficult to get appointments.
I like the way they network together and also use West Mount for out of hours.

I took my dog here and he had a tiny lump like a spot when the local vet examined him he said it would have to come off and the cost would be about 300 pound and to see how he goes when I called back ...
I took my dog here and he had a tiny lump like a spot when the local vet examined him he said it would have to come off and the cost would be about 300 pound and to see how he goes when I called back saying what the local vet had said the next vet gave me another quote of a thousand pound this was to get the lump cut his tail off!!! which wasn't mentioned at all and send off for trays!!!! to find the spot has completely gone NEVER EVER WILL I TAKE MY PETS HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

I cannot thank Alex, Romina and the nursing team at Ashfield enough. My cat Joan is always in good, loving hands and genuinely enjoys a trip to the vet! Her health has deteriorated over the last 2 weeks and ash fields have been on hand at the drop of a hat! The team cannot do enough to help and even go as far as breaking the medication into quarters to make the prescribed tablets easier to administer! We cannot thank you all enough and will always pass my recommendations on. Keep up the hard work!

I attended Ashfield having relocated from another neighbouring vets. I would like to thank Heidi for tending to Frank on the floor, taking into account his fear of vets and his lameness issues. The nurses also gave me great advice on things I can do to help manage Frank's arthritis.
It's safe to say, Frank is loving forward to his next visit where he will no doubt be treated again!

Her health has deteriorated over the last 2 weeks and ash fields have been on hand at the drop of a hat!
